The facilities were very nice. The people were very nice The location of the hotel was very nice.

There was a problem with the switching rooms.The first room, the bathroom had a clogged toilet And they were not for sure they could change us because we booked through booking.com. But the lady went ahead and gave us a new room. Also, when he first got there, they said we had not paid for our room but booking.com showed us that we had paid and the money had been taken out of our checking accounts. That was almost a problem but they went ahead and issued the keys to us.

Spacious, comfortable room,great location, and super clean. Small hotel that never felt crowded.

Apparently, they have a shortage of towels. Breakfast was just ok. Manager's reception only on Wednesdays. Apparently, they go down to a skeleton crew on holidays. I love that they want to take care of their crew...but this is a hotel! In some industries, it's just not prudent to do that. They were very kind and apologized for it, but we didn't get toilet paper all weekend, and we were never given more than two towels.

Hotel is generally very nice and clean. No issues with our room or the facilities. Staff were extremely helpful, especially as we turned up during a snowstorm. Receptionist helped provide a snow shovel to get the car unstuck and allowed us to park outside the bays to avoid getting stuck again the following morning! Location is well positioned off the highway and close to resturants and stores.

Breakfast could have been a bit better. Wasn't too bad, but not a massive amount of choice.

The staff wasn’t very friendly at all - particularly the lady who checked us in. She was on the phone when I checked in, did not acknowledge that I had walked up and did not apologize for making me wait. She wasn’t friendly at all. The breakfast wasn’t very good and did not have many food choices.

For the most part, the hotel itself was nice. Everything was as described.

The lady who checked us in was extremely rude. The bed sunk in in the middle, so it was just like a big sinkhole in the bed. And they have one person working the entire breakfast buffet, who is super nice, but there was never any food out.

Courtyard was lovely with impressive furnishings and fire pit. Even though the hotel is alongside the interstate, the room was quiet.

Too much ambient lights in the room from the alarm clock and lighted switches in the dressing area.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, clean and quality. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff handling the breakfast was helpful and friendly. Great place. I would stay here again. Ann

Our daughter was coming later and I had her room number but it wasn't ready when we got in. When I went down to check her in, someone had claimed her room on-line. I was able to get another room for them on the same floor and get them checked in, but it was a little surprising. It all worked out.

The breakfast, location, and staff were fantastic. The rooms were really nice. I liked the kitchenette, the overall design of the rooms, and the space.

The only complaint I am to have is the construction going on at the hotel. This is no fault of anyone's and does not influence my decision on staying here again.

I liked the the place was just renovated from what was pictured here in booking which made this stay even better and it was a good suprise! this made the price a little bit more worth it. the bed was also super comfy! I was impressed.

the breakfast wasn’t the best but that didn’t sway me to not like the property.

I love how close to the highway it was. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and well designed. Great basketball court.

There wasn’t an indoor pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. Both phones in the room did not work.
