The property was much better than I expected it to be. We flew out to Lexington for a festival this weekend and all of the hotels in the city were booked out so I scoured the internet for hotels that were close enough for a short ride or biking and found Red Roof Inn. The negative reviews I read before committing to booking here had me on edge but my experience was completely positive! I was able to check in 4 hours early, staff was friendly, I was given extra towels and shampoo right away. The nonsmoking room I booked was clean, didn’t smell of smoke or mildew. Updated Tv, working/ clean microwave and fridge, and the water pressure was good! I didn’t get a chance to hop in the pool but it was big and looked clean! There’s an old hustler Hollywood shop across the street that stays empty right beside the Cracker Barrel and a McDonald’s AND gas station within a 5 minute walk. This place was just fine!

I really liked this hotel. It was near all the different restaurants and close to other major parts of the city. It was also really clean and I liked the customer service provided to me. The front desk clerk was really friendly and gave great suggestions about food and things to do. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Lexington.

Traffic jam seems to be standard due to long term road work. We were stuck for over 2 hrs at an almost standstill. Hotel was great but getting there was a nightmare — esp with nervous dog n car

The cleanliness of the hotel and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was warm and inviting when we arrived. I appreciated that everything was in order when we arrived.

I didn't like that I was unable to check out online. I also did not like that the deposit information was not included in the full price. This was something that I had to inquire about at the time of check in. It is included on the information at the very end of the webpage on the side I booked on.

I loved how spacious and clean the rooms were. The front desk staff had let me know when I checked in that they had just put new furniture in. As soon as you walked into the room you could tell that it was going to be a good night stay. The bathrooms were also really clean and had all the amenities that you would need. The location of the property is excellent as it was close to many restaurants and the rate of the hotel was amazing.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable and definitely worth it for what I paid. The location was easy to find and staff made finding my room very easy.

Some appliances and fixtures are out of date and due for update/repair.

I loved how the rooms were so clean and beautiful. The hotel was in a great location! The staff was nice. Overall, my stay was amazing with the rooms being very amazing and the hotel was outstanding!

It was easy to access and the beds were comfy. Our room was clean. The staff was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay.

We could hear every door open and close near us. Walls are pretty thin. But honestly no issue other than that!

The sheets on the bed needed to be changed they were dirty/stained and had burn holes in them the main supervisor was rude to receptionist when she asked for help bc she was the only person there trying to do multiple people’s jobs

It was a little too nosey, other than that it was a great value. The ladies at the front desk were fantastic! They could. It have been any nicer which allied me to rate the hotel higher.
