The property was great. Would stay again. Clean, friendly staff.

Our problem lies with Booking.com. We accidentally booked a room through them in another state prior to this booking and they have stole our money. Refuse to give us a refund stating the hotel won’t allow it. We’ve spoken to Hampton NC and they never had our cc info and would have refunded us had we not used BOOKING.COM. This was our last time using booking and advise anyone else to not do so either. We called immediately after booking when we put in gps and realized it was not Lexington KY but Lexington NC. And $574 later……nothing. Even though cancellation policy stated they would keep 1 night. We never received our other 2 night stay refund.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our week of traveling while on vacation. We asked for a room facing the main entrance as we were hauling an antique car and wanted to be able to see it at any given time and the night manger accommodated our request even though the lighting in the parking lot was great and it was a great neighborhood. Our beds were comfortable, the shower head was great and the room was exceptionally clean. This hotel was a great ending to our vacation. Thank you Holiday Inn!

No complaints

It was far enough off the main strip to be quiet but still close enough for shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Also I liked all the dove products and an excellent shower!

My only complaint were the pillows were way to soft and didnt offer my neck the support I needed. This is just me issue. I will be booking again and just bring my own pillow.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast had numerous options, room was spacious, location was perfect for where we were going and convenient to the interstate, and staff supplied the extra things we needed.

Only small glitch was the top to the shampoo was broken, preventing us from using shampoo. Overall, the pump dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner are very inconvenient — practically impossible, actually — for those who want to use a bathtub.

The hotel was beautiful and super accommodating! Even gave us a last minute late checkout. We unfortunately slept through breakfast but it smelled fantastic. Staff are super friendly!

The breakfast was very efficient and satisfying and good too!!! The room was very spacious and comfortable!

I didn’t like the fact that we had to drive south on I-75 where we just came from to go to dinner! But that was my fault because of the restaurant we had chosen for dinner!!!

Location…just off the freeway; room…the chair/hassock/swivel table combo is an excellent addition; breakfast had several choices and a very nice seating area. They provided a list of local restaurants with a bit of information about each.

Room was clean, plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was good too. The price was very reasonable and they even had free bottles of water for you. The hotel staff were really nice. Don't think I could ask for anything more.

I liked everything!

The breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. The room was large and the bed was very comfy. It was also pretty quiet. Very convenient access to interstate but no noise from it. Good nearby dining options - more than fast food.

The check in was quick and she was very friendly as was the lady in charge of breakfast. Beds and sheets were comfortable!
