It was far enough off the main strip to be quiet but still close enough for shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Also I liked all the dove products and an excellent shower!

My only complaint were the pillows were way to soft and didnt offer my neck the support I needed. This is just me issue. I will be booking again and just bring my own pillow.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast had numerous options, room was spacious, location was perfect for where we were going and convenient to the interstate, and staff supplied the extra things we needed.

Only small glitch was the top to the shampoo was broken, preventing us from using shampoo. Overall, the pump dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner are very inconvenient — practically impossible, actually — for those who want to use a bathtub.

The breakfast was very efficient and satisfying and good too!!! The room was very spacious and comfortable!

I didn’t like the fact that we had to drive south on I-75 where we just came from to go to dinner! But that was my fault because of the restaurant we had chosen for dinner!!!

Location…just off the freeway; room…the chair/hassock/swivel table combo is an excellent addition; breakfast had several choices and a very nice seating area. They provided a list of local restaurants with a bit of information about each.

Room was clean, plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was good too. The price was very reasonable and they even had free bottles of water for you. The hotel staff were really nice. Don't think I could ask for anything more.

The breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. The room was large and the bed was very comfy. It was also pretty quiet. Very convenient access to interstate but no noise from it. Good nearby dining options - more than fast food.

The check in was quick and she was very friendly as was the lady in charge of breakfast. Beds and sheets were comfortable!

I loved that it was nice and clean. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Staff was pretty friendly, courteous and professional. I thought that I'd booked a room with 2 beds so when I discovered that the room had a king bed and a sleeper sofa I called the front desk, then my son informed me that he was willing to sleep on the sofa bed. The bathroom was huge and I really enjoyed the bathtub in the bathroom. It was definitely a soaking tub. You definitely had to make sure that your feet were completely dry on the bottom because with the beautiful tiled floor it easily became slippery with wet feet. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I thought I'd booked 2 beds but ended up with a king and a sleeper sofa. Bathroom floor was extremely slippery when the bottom of your feet were even the slightest bit wet.

the customer service - excellent

I think a little update needs to be made- cabinets in bathroom are worn so it takes away from the rate of a 10 but we will return to other hotels in our travels.

Room was very clean and good location, close to good restaurants and shopping.

The receptionist who checked us in could have been friendlier. No eye contact at all when she asked if she could help me, was like I was interrupting her day, she got a little friendlier toward the end, done her job but nothing extra.
