Nice location (very short walk to Starbucks and other shopping). The value for the price (compared to other hotels we've used) was very good. The gym was good and the breakfast (while not quite as nice as some of the others) was more than acceptable for the overall price. Rooms were nice and somewhat comfortable.

When checking out I went to the front desk to ask about something to use to get our bags etc. from the room to the car. We cam with a lot and bought more so we had a lot of bags. While friendly, the staff simply said they didn't know where the carts were...said if they weren't at the front door area they must be in use.

Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and available when we needed it and refilled often. The entire hotel was very clean.

The pool area and pool were way too cold. Not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom. Not given enough towels for our family to shower upon arrival. Wish the bathroom door would not have been frosted so the light didn't disturb sleeping family members. Had the do not disturb sign on the door and staff knocked once and entered with their key. The fragrance in the lobby area was very overpowering and too strong.

The room! The bed was the best sleep I have had in months! Considering we had just came from red roof waiting for house to be ready! 2 nights at this place I slept like a baby! Towels was big and clean! This place was perfect! The bathroom was bright, clean nice, my room slept 5 could of slept 6

Having to pay a pet deposit, when my pet is potty trained! Pet deposits should be refunded if damage is not done, breakfast was not the best!

Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, loved the big bathroom but bathroom floor was very dirty when we arrived. I loved the big TV and the shower and the awesome vanity with mirror. Made getting ready much better. Also loved the big full length mirror.

We loved everything. However, I had seen advertised that the indoor pool was heated but it was not so that was a little bit of a bummer but otherwise my kiddos loved it. I would’ve loved to have had a hot tub to use.

Everything! Wasn't Farm Fritz the surprise we weren't expecting. Road tripping along east coast and had to do bourbon trail so stopped in for some cost effective accomodation but now wish we stayed for longer! The whole area is lovely and this accommodation was also. Super comfy, clean and quiet. Free parking a bonus. Location was great.

Pool was small, only got 3 towels but 4 guests. Grabbing extra wasn't a hassle though.

Very nice room, the main lobby was nice as well. The pool is small but well maintained, the fitness room is also very nice.

I didn’t like the sliding door to the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t properly attached to the floor. The room seemed spotlessly clean but we did find dirty tissues on the floor next to one of the beds.

The breakfast was great compared to other Springhill suites we have stayed at. Also, the location is phenomenal. It is a little off the highway but is in a very high-end outdoor mall type of place. Definitely worth the drive.

The location was a little out of the way, but it was worth it.

Property was clean, modern, and smelled very good

Only thing we didn’t like was that there is a master switch in the room that has to be on at all times instead of just individually wired. Very annoying when you forget in the middle of the night and need to pee and the bathroom light won’t turn on.

Really liked staying here. We had lovely rooms, we could walk to several restaurants in the evening (we didn't want to get back in the car so this was big), and a lovely pool (it wasn't very large but it was enough to move around).

It’s nearly built, specious, and clean. The fitness center is also has plenty of room, with basic equipment. Had to get some work done the day I checked out, so I asked the team if I can work at the lobby and they were super accommodating.

Location is a bit out of the city, but it is in the heart of a shopping center.
