The front desk man who greeted me/signed me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. What I really liked though was your cancellation policy. Other hotels I looked at had a 48 hour cancellation policy or you would lose money. I was visiting a sick friend and it was a touch and go situation. If he was not feeling well enough for a visit, I would simply be able to reschedule at your place if I cancelled by 6:00 pm. I really, really appreciated that flexibility.

Nothing major. The place is old and worn and could use refreshing. But as I mentioned, it was clean and spacious and the staff were nice, so I would come back.

The “ breakfast “ were tasteless muffins along with dried up breakfast bars. Not very appetizing. Needs a better selection of drinks other than coffee as well

IT WAS VERY NICE, AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. I LOVE THE PLACE, AND I WILL BE RETURNING. Had went to another hotel, didn't want to take cash, but I guess and understand. JUST NEED MORE PILLOWS.

The Staff is wonderful Jessica got us checked in on Friday and accomodated last minute room change due to medical needs and Pam made last minute extension of our reservation not once but twice flawless.

the lobby and entrance reeked of stale cigarettes and smoking. This is very apparent to non smokers or those allergic to that. I wish there was a way to let people know of any know environmental allergies such as cats etc when booking a room. i didnt realize animals could stay in the room. This is not the facility fault. it was mine. I am highly allergic to cats and luckily had a room that never seemed to have one.

Great price to start overnight! The location is great and convenient. We stay here when we have concerts at the rupp arena because it’s not far and also it’s not far from the Fayette Mall.

Very clean rooms, comfy. Full refrigerator and freezer.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke very badly. Rooms were okay, but the lobby and hallways were not.

The price was good and the beds were comfy. It was like a home away from home. I liked that room service wasnt every day so I felt like our things wouldn't get messed with.

The halls stank and the patron underneath would bang on her ceiling if all we did was walk across. She called in complaints a lot. The driveway was being re-sealed so parking was a little crazy.

My stay was excellent! Great check in, friendly receptionists, clean, and I liked the grab and go breakfast. Excellent value for money. I travel around the world and this place was very easy and convenient. Only thing I’d change is having a ramp to roll suitcases up as well as a ramp in the lobby. I saw a lift outside but would have preferred a ramp. Than than that, it was great!
