The front desk man who greeted me/signed me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. What I really liked though was your cancellation policy. Other hotels I looked at had a 48 hour cancellation policy or you would lose money. I was visiting a sick friend and it was a touch and go situation. If he was not feeling well enough for a visit, I would simply be able to reschedule at your place if I cancelled by 6:00 pm. I really, really appreciated that flexibility.

Nothing major. The place is old and worn and could use refreshing. But as I mentioned, it was clean and spacious and the staff were nice, so I would come back.

Very uneventful and nice.

Two potholes coming into the property that threaten the entire structure of a 2500 series truck. We rescue horses for a passion. Those holes which may be just outside of the property line need immediate attention.

No bugs, clean, good water pressure, comfortable bed, great lighting outside, windows open

We were given a key to a room that was occupied. Literally walked in on someone. Staff could have been more friendly. I felt like a bother to her just checking in.

I liked the awesome service from April. She was so kind, caring, helpful & treated me like family. Same with her daughter. They are amazing! 😍

Ms April is the best person there. Super clean rooms. Very quiet also.

Not the hotels fault but there isn’t much round it besides a couple fast food and a gas station if you aren’t driving. If you are it’s in a good location.

The “ breakfast “ were tasteless muffins along with dried up breakfast bars. Not very appetizing. Needs a better selection of drinks other than coffee as well

IT WAS VERY NICE, AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. I LOVE THE PLACE, AND I WILL BE RETURNING. Had went to another hotel, didn't want to take cash, but I guess and understand. JUST NEED MORE PILLOWS.

The Staff is wonderful Jessica got us checked in on Friday and accomodated last minute room change due to medical needs and Pam made last minute extension of our reservation not once but twice flawless.

The location of place. About 6 minutes from where we was going.

Nothing it was an okay place for a couple of days. Also, you get what you pay for. And the price was a good stay.

The front desk staff Pam and Jessica are the best. Its obvious they care about their customers they were very helpful. See my prior days reviews for specifics
