I stay in 3 star level hotels frequently, most often Marriots traveling with 2 show dogs. This trip I just needed to be near my sister's hospital. I was so impressed by all aspects of this particular hotel. It was clear that the staff at every level was totally professional. Loved my fresh yogurt with strawberries, Blueberries, Black Raspberries and granola. The coffee labeled strong was just that. My room, oversized double was just what I wanted to come "home" to after the discomfort of a hospital day. Kitchen totally outfitted to meet my limited needs. Got the habit of taking my room's china and silverware downstairs to breakfast, as I hate paper and plastic for meals.

Does anyone really like eating breakfast with cheap plastic ware and paper cups? Found my own solution as stated above. Small parking lot was always filled with oversize Pickup trucks & SUVs by the early evening when I got back. My VW Passat looked like a mini car when I finally found a place to squeeze it in, always far from the front door.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was very welcoming, professional, helpful, and respectful. This hotel is beautiful and extremely clean from the moment you enter. The furniture, curtains, and walls were all super clean. There are plenty of couches, chairs, tables, and TV's to pick from in the lobby/dining area and they are all very nice. They always have hot, freshly brewed coffee in the lobby. The outside patio is very nice and spacious with nice lighting and a fire pit. Breakfast was good with a variety of things to eat and drink. The pool is nice and clean. Our room was amazing! It was super clean from the beds, bathroom, furniture, walls, floors, sinks, etc..There was no dirt in the corners or anywhere. Our room had a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, full size dishwasher, full size coffee maker, small flat top stove, clean drinking glasses, plates, and silverware. It also came with fresh coffee, dish soap, and dishwasher soap in the kitchen. The bathroom was sparkling clean with all Dove products. The shower head worked great and the shower curtain was also super clean. The beds and the pillows were so clean and comfy. The floors were a combination of wood laminate and carpet. Both were clean and spot free. Our room did not have the usual weird smell of bad odors being covered up. It genuinely smelled fresh and clean. Right across the street is the Meijers department/grocery store, which stays open until midnight. Culver's is also on the same lot which was nice to just walk right over to both for groceries, clothes, households or a meal at Culver's. This was a very important trip for us and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Thank you to everyone that makes this place great!!

The one and only thing I didn't like was the pool is cold which makes it hard to get in and to stay in. It was very hot outside so we were definitely looking forward to swimming and it would have been much more enjoyable if it were somewhat warm.

It was clean. The room was spacious! The lobby was clean and inviting. They have dove brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion all offered in the bathroom of the guest room. The laundry facilities for guests are included in the price you pay for the room. That was a huge plus being able to wash laundry with having kids and not have to find change for it. The back patio was also really nice and looked inviting. Everything all across the hotel was very clean and I have strict standards. They also have a nice workout area with a water dispenser. Everything is accessed with the room key and was well maintained. The location felt very safe and was close to shopping and dining. Definitely would stay again!

One elevator was down the entire weekend we were there.

I'm so impressed with this hotel. It was very nice. Spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfortable! We loved having the couch to sit on. That is a must for us, having a place to sit besides the bed or a chair. Having a small kitchen was amazing, even a dishwasher! The fridge is full size, including an ice maker! It was nice to see they included silverware, dishes, etc. There was also cleaning supplies, laundry basket.. literally everything you need. We only stayed one night but if you need to stay for multiple days, this is where you need to be! Very close to the mall, restaurants and other shopping centers. Price is the same as other hotel chains that don't even include half the stuff included or not as clean/comfortable. Breakfast was very good, as well. We didn't get a chance to try the pool or gym but we will next time we come back!

My only complaint is that it is near a railroad track and we could hear it every now and then. It wasn't extremely loud though, with the TV on and air conditioning, it drowns a lot of it out. Our room was the last one down the hallway facing the track so that could be a factor. If you had a room facing the other way then you probably would never hear it. Literally the only complaint I have and it it not the hotels fault.

The staff were amazing and the room cleaners were the most polite when asked a question. The room was very spacious and comfortable and appreciated because I came for a medical procedure. The shower was a pleasant surprise due to its size and the two shower heads. The electric curtains. The indoor pool and the halls and elevators were kept deodorized and smelling fresh. The social hour with drinks and snacks and so much more.

That we had to leave.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. We booked a king handicap accessible but got a double queen . That wasn't an issue for us. Clean and nice amenities. Dove toiletries. Hot breakfast option with good selection. Great lighting options all thru room. Large tv, full kitchen and sleeper sofa.

Upon arrival there was police office speaking to guest but unsure what that was about. Parking spaces close to building were limited.

Am deaf use sign language, they have a room for ring light so I can know someone at door it is definitely safe to around and friendly it is biggest recommend booking that suites! And that price is worth it!

Nothing of “dislike” it is awesome! Like a home!

Room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodated our early check in. Big bonus! Weight room and pool were great. Pool was smaller but met the needs of those swimming. Location was superb! Restaurants, Target, a mall, etc. were all within a short few minutes walk or drive. I did check this out in advance, and picked this location for the nearby amenities.

Breakfast was not was I've come to expect from an IHG property. Wildly disappointing. We inadvertenly left a bag of souvenirs at the property (over $100 worth). Our error. However, I did call the front desk and asked if they'd look for the bag of items. Within like 1 minute the gal came back and said they didn't know where the items were. I really find this hard to believe as it was within a few hours of us leaving. Again, our error for leaving but I felt the staff could have looked harder - the bag was OBVIOUSLY a souvenir bag and not trash.

I absolutely love everything about this location. From the time I walked in, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lobby was large and well lit. Our room was clean, all the dishware and cookware were there the refrigerator was clean, and the price for the room surpassed any other in its category I've had to date.

The only thing that was an issue is that one of the elevators didn't work upon arrival, but later on that night it was working. And that wasn't really a big deal. 😊

The room was huge and spacious and very modern. The dove soap and shampoo was great quality. The TV had every channel and the big fridge was so nice. Huge walk in shower. Friendly staff and a great location.

Shower head was traditional, not modern/ removable or rain type. Not everyone is the same height. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30, and that's when we had to check into our event for the day, so we didn't get to take advantage of an early breakfast.
