We loved the layout of our double bed room, the privacy curtain, the stand up shower, and the comfortable beds! The full breakfast selection was impressive as well!!

The toilet paper roll is mounted really far from the toilet. Like I had to lean way over to reach it. There is no way shorter people can reach it without getting up. Also, it's not the hotel's fault, but booking stopped our GPS at the kidney dialysis center next door in the rear/ side of the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a sign to the side of the building, only in the front entrance, which it did not bring us in for some reason. We were unsure of where we were upon our initial arrival.

I liked the size of the room, the fact that there was carts to take up our luggage, the kitchen in the room, and how close we were to UK Hospitals as we were there for surgery for my husband the convenience of being able to to leave the hospital and relax and shower and have a meal in peace and quiet was amazing to thank you, the staff was friendly and quite helpful ,

the staff was excellent ...the room was very clean ...the shower head was not putting out much water but was useable ...enjoyed the swinning pool it was very clean also..at night it was quiet ..we had a wonderful stay there ..would stay there again for sure...

as i said the shower head was like it was stopped up ...but was useable

The room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. There were premaid sandwhiches and egg bowls. You could pop them in the microwave and cook them. Fresh made waffles, oatmeal, oranges, apples, yogurt and cereal. The only reason it was not a 10 is because they did not seem to use any soundproofing when building this hotel.

The noise. We could easily hear through the walls and even worse it sounded like a herd of elephants were on the floor above us.

Staff was friendly and very helpful from booking to checking out. Good location, close to U of Kentucky, places to eat and shop. Room was nice and very comfortable (we booked King Suite). Breakfast was great with variety of choices. The beverage counter that available 24 hrs was very helpful.

Dalton was exceptionally helpful and gave excellent customer service! Each staff member we came across smiled and asked how we were. The room was great both in size and cleanliness. Breakfast was very good and had several options to choose from. Upon arrival, could tell how clean and well-maintained the facility was. Exercise room was impressive.

All was great except for two nights straight, we were kept awake with obnoxious beating and running around from the room above us. It would start at 9:00pm and continue until 3:00-4:00am. Old-fashion courtesy knock on ceiling did not phase them. When brought to front desk, they informed we were not the only ones complaining. It would've been great if the group(s) causing the noise had been given final warning and then, if it continued, asked to leave.

Very comfy bed,shower and bathroom was awesome. Breakfast was excellent.

Large person with very long hair at front desk talks too much. Trying to watch and listen to the TV while eating breakfast was impossible due to load continuous blabbing.

Close to everything

Everything was fine except room was near back entrance- could hear door opening and shutting until 3 in the morning. Then on the last night, loud banging woke everyone up - some guest heard someone scream. Very disturbing - felt staff there until then

Room was spacious and very comfortable and quite. Location was good for us. Outside of city which is very congested. Breakfast was great.

Lexington was very crowded which was a disappointment.

The room was a nice size.. it had pretty much everything you need.. living room kitchen, nice size bathroom and bedroom..

I didn't like that the body wash dispenser was broken when we arrived and not changed out.. so Apparently the cleaning ladies had to known because it was laying on shelf in shower.. so I had to buy body wash.. which really wasn't a big deal..
