The breakfast was offered at 6:00 am which really worked out for us because we had an early start to attend an honoring of our daughter's memory at Surgery on Sunday. The food was of great selection and tasted wonderful! I really loved the banana vanilla waffles! The staff was amazing and treated us like family especially enquiring about our daughter and with our loss. Thank you so much for making us feel welcomed!!

the late night staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, and the morning breakfast staff were very friendly and provided a great value for the stay, we were traveling with friends, I was transporting my childhood friend to UK Medical Center for due to a extremely bad hernia, that he is consulting with one of the Surgeons on getting it attended to, his whole family is on disability and I provided transportation to Lexington from Ashland due to the ER admitting him for observation, he will be having surgery in the near future so if there is program that provides lower cost lodging to Medicare patients from out of the area I would appreciate any information that you may be able to provide, your property is very nice and looks brand new, the morning breakfast staff said the property was approximately 6 years old and it still looks brand new !!! The room was very nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that you couldn't lock the bathroom door. That could have been just a fluke in our room but still. The pool was great. It wasn't huge but there were only 4 people in it so it was fine. It was a very chilly evening and the water was heated. The breakfast was great and the staff was so nice. They brought my children coloring sheets during breakfast and they loved that.

The bed was more on the firm side so be aware of that.

The breakfast was ok. Not kept very hot. On Sunday the two women working it were talk to each other about people taking more then they needed.. Really not a conversation for on the floor. Monday the girl sat at a table in the eating area working a crossword puzzle. Area was clean.

The front desk was not always attended. That is something I look for. Do not like hunting down help .

The breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean. Beds were okay, comfort wise. There was nice selection of pillows though! Staff was friendly and helpful. Checkout at noon was also a perk.

I was not pleased with the fact that the heavier set of curtains in the room were only "for show" and did not close. There was a large, bright light in the parking lot facing our room and it would have been great to be able to completely darken the room.

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable! This was our last stop on a long road trip that involved stays in several hotels across the country. This hotel was a great last stop! The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. It is located near the University of Kentucky. When we left in the morning, we enjoyed a drive around the nice campus and beautiful city of Lexington!

Location was excellent. Close to UK Hospital for oral surgery. Staff provided me a wheelchair when I returned. Excellent staff…so caring. Facility was very quiet, food good and everything in working order!

Close to location I needed. Not hard to find or get in and out of traffic.

The breakfast was wonderful couldn't be better in a five star restaurant. My husband and I was very close to the camp meeting at church so the hotel was in a close proximity to what we wanted to do go to church.

When we first arrived on Thursday the property didn't know we were coming. Now my account has been billed for not only staying, but also for not showing up. Which we did. still waiting to get this fixed. The property did have one last room so we still got to enjoy a wonderful time. luckily.

I liked that this hotel as was so close to the hospital. The nearby restaurants were also a bonus. After draining visits to see my dad in the hospital, it was helpful to have a comfortable place to return to.

I liked just about everything. However, I wished the breakfast was kept open a bit longer. Ended up getting a sack with an apple, water and a small muffin a few times, because we missed breakfast every morning.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. An excellent location! Centrally located and close to the highway.

The lady in charge of breakfast was unfriendly and made you feel uncomfortable for fixing your food. The daytime front desk person on Wednesday was rude.
