The staff!! Upon entering (we were late) the gentleman at the front desk was excellent! He made the entire night welcoming. He explained the pool rules which my daughter was super excited about. The pool was heated and was a great treat after a long travel in the dead of winter. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and accommodating. This is the facility we will be staying at in that steam for her medical needs from this trip forward.

Our time there was short lived. Traveling with children that have health concerns is very difficult getting anywhere in time. Today was filled with medical testing so we didn't get to return to the facility to enjoy the comfort it offers.

This is the second one year I have booked here to meet family. The staff is amazing. The manager is a catalyst of friendly, helpful and efficient. The facility has a fitness room room and indoor pool so you won't be bored. My grandson loves the pool. It is convienitly the closest hotel to the airport. You are within a complex with restaurants, both sit down and take out. I love this hotel.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The room was very spacious, especially for us as a family of 5. The pool area was incredibly nice and loved the late hours since we didn’t get in till a little later :). The staff were so super nice and were so enjoyable to talk to.

The only issue I had was that the mattress for our sofa bed didn’t seem clean but other than that, everything was great!’

Jamal, who checked me in, is an absolute GEM. All common areas and my room appeared to be super clean. Breakfast is quite good.

I never got so much as a nod from anybody at the front desk as I would leave and return, until I checked out. One woman didn't even look up and I'm fairly sure she was asleep... Hair dryer quit working on the second day. Heat/ air conditioner unit wasn't fully attached to the wall so the unit had to work overtime to keep warm. Updating would be a good idea.

I rented the room so I could be close by the airport. My grandson enjoyed the pool so much. We were yards away from different places to get food. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The manager should be very proud of his work in all areas. The price was soooo inexpensive for what you get. This hotel exceeded my expectations by far. I will stay here again, if just for fun and not necessity.

I can not think of one single thing I didn't like.

The odor the building was older but that wasn’t the problem it was cleaned and kept. But the odor was musky. Plus we weren’t able to swim in the pool because of-the chemical’s not being ready. But the pool is very beautiful. Plus there was people hanging outside in the parking lot at night.

It was a GREAT location; the staff was friendly. The room was good. We stayed in a king suite.

Everything was fine, except the door leading to the hallway need some attention. I could see the light up the side and at the bottom. Also personally, I am not a fan of joined rooms with doors.

Comfortable and accessible. Cheerful service. Everything was clean and well maintained.

I was in room# 219. The inside (thick) drapes did not close. Drivers from the nearby road can see into the room (particularly at night). If my wife was with me, she would certainly feel a bit exposed. Fortunately, I am indifferent. Also, the drape problem resulted in the streetlights in the nearby parking lot shining in my face at night. I stacked the extra pillows to make a shadow over my face and slept very well. I do want to say again that it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

The staff was amazing and helpful kids loved the pool the room was very nice and clean along with the hotel Texas road house was right beside it along with huddle house and the hotel was just right off the exit easy to find in a nice looking neighborhood
