It was close to the meeting at Lexington Green

The check in person couldn't find my reservation but finally did find it after he was going to just send us away. We had requested a handicapped room but didn't recieve one but got one close to elevator my hubby was unable to use the toilet because it was too low and he couldn't get up from it he weighs over 300lbs and uses a walker he couldn't shower either because no walk in shower and could bot lift legs over tub due to mobility issues also had difficulty getting into and out of bed so had to sleep in the chair all night with feet propped upon ottoman which was a bit uncomfortable for him. We really needed a handicapped room

Friendly staff…spacious rooms…fantastic custom order breakfast. This was a repeat visit. My daughter plays professional soccer for Lexington FC in the new USL Super League. This venue is conveniently located for all our needs on the area. I will say, the rate I received on my first visit was amazing. This time was significant higher and while I enjoyed the stay (nothing negative at all) the price may have me looking elsewhere next time I’ll be in town. We’ll see. If I can get a decent rate, i may be back.

Lack of flexibility on breakfast time. I had an early flight and came down for breakfast at 6:20am. The food was put out and ready but I was told I had to wait until 6:30am (due to strict hotel policies). Would have been nice to recognize the challenges of business travel schedules and help a guy out. As a result, I checked out hungry.

The breakfast was awesome, made to order omelets and lots of options. They also had a free happy hour with small snacks which was pretty cool. The location was close to University and the mall/shops. The room was spacious and the door between the living space and the bedroom was nice.

If I’m being particular the room could have used more outlets. There were mirrors outside of the bathroom but no where to plug in a curling iron etc to get ready if someone’s in the bathroom.

Breakfast made to order was INCREDIBLE. Very cleanly, great facilities. Comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, AMAZING outdoor pool, great access to New Circle Road, great central Lexington location. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Lexington next.

It would be nice if checkout later than 1pm would be possible. Additionally, the mini fridge was somehow a mini freezer so I had some issues with what I needed to keep refrigerated, not frozen (pumped breastmilk and carbonated soda cans).

My friends and I love staying at this hotel. We usually come a couple times a year. I love the breakfast, the staff is always friendly.

The wings and fries weren’t the best this time, both could have been cooked a little longer.

It was perfect for my needs. I think the price was affordable. I loved the outdoor area. It was serene and peaceful. The happy hour with treats was a nice surprise and I enjoyed the selections provided. Breakfast was great!

The price could always be more affordable. Can't think of much I did not like about my stay..

The room was very clean and spacious, the products available in the shower were excellent, the hotel had lots of space to be social. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast ends at 9:30, convenient if you’re traveling for business but not for those vacationing and might want to sleep later.

The breakfast and location of this hotel were the best two aspects of the stay. The staff was also very pleasant and friendly.

The shower had cracks in the corners on the floor. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, my side of the bed head was lower than my husband’s. So I turned around and slept with my head where my feet should have been! Pillows way to soft, need a variety of pillows, medium and firm, as not everyone likes an extremely soft pillow.
