Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and decent breakfast. Pool was very clean and pleasant.

I'd have given this place 10 out of 10 if one of the receptionists hadn't mislaid our booking for transfer to the airport at the end of our stay. When we went to the desk at our prearranged transfer time they said they couldn't find our booking and weren't the slightest bit helpful in making alternative arrangements to get us to the airport. Luckily we got an Uber fairly quickly but just left a sour taste at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay.

Room was great, variety of breakfast and tasty, clean and comfortable.

Front desk must have been tired or upset before I got in to check in. He was impatient checking my group of 8. I had originally booked all rooms in my name and I had provided my cc. But for some reason he asked everyone’s ID and cc. He didn’t charge any of the cc, then charged it all to my cc which is what I wanted but then I was charged multiple times about 6 times for 4 bedrooms. They also charged a $25 fee for every room, which was not in the original booking price. Next day I went to a different hotel and check in was smooth and 1 charge to cc. I love embassy suites but staff needs to be friendly and professional.

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The beds are very small and not very comfortable.

The happy hour snacks not very good variety. I called before we went and asked if the pool would be open when we were coming they told me yes but when we got there we went to the room got our suits on and went to the pool and it was locked up. I went to the desk and asked if they were going to unlock it they told me no. i said for all weekend they said yes closed all weekend that was a big disappointment.

It was close to the meeting at Lexington Green

The check in person couldn't find my reservation but finally did find it after he was going to just send us away. We had requested a handicapped room but didn't recieve one but got one close to elevator my hubby was unable to use the toilet because it was too low and he couldn't get up from it he weighs over 300lbs and uses a walker he couldn't shower either because no walk in shower and could bot lift legs over tub due to mobility issues also had difficulty getting into and out of bed so had to sleep in the chair all night with feet propped upon ottoman which was a bit uncomfortable for him. We really needed a handicapped room

Friendly staff…spacious rooms…fantastic custom order breakfast. This was a repeat visit. My daughter plays professional soccer for Lexington FC in the new USL Super League. This venue is conveniently located for all our needs on the area. I will say, the rate I received on my first visit was amazing. This time was significant higher and while I enjoyed the stay (nothing negative at all) the price may have me looking elsewhere next time I’ll be in town. We’ll see. If I can get a decent rate, i may be back.

The location, staff, & food choices (if you didn't want to leave the hotel) we're great.

There was a big group of young soccer travel team kids that were running around like lunatics on Saturday night; it was actually unsafe (for them and other hotel guests). There should be at least 1 security person keeping order when a large unruly group like that is staying at the hotel.

Lack of flexibility on breakfast time. I had an early flight and came down for breakfast at 6:20am. The food was put out and ready but I was told I had to wait until 6:30am (due to strict hotel policies). Would have been nice to recognize the challenges of business travel schedules and help a guy out. As a result, I checked out hungry.

Great location, mall, plenty of restaurants nearby. 45 minutes to Louisville Slugger factory and museum and 90 minutes to Noah’s Ark (fabulous, BTW).

The breakfast was awesome, made to order omelets and lots of options. They also had a free happy hour with small snacks which was pretty cool. The location was close to University and the mall/shops. The room was spacious and the door between the living space and the bedroom was nice.

If I’m being particular the room could have used more outlets. There were mirrors outside of the bathroom but no where to plug in a curling iron etc to get ready if someone’s in the bathroom.

Breakfast made to order was INCREDIBLE. Very cleanly, great facilities. Comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, AMAZING outdoor pool, great access to New Circle Road, great central Lexington location. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Lexington next.

It would be nice if checkout later than 1pm would be possible. Additionally, the mini fridge was somehow a mini freezer so I had some issues with what I needed to keep refrigerated, not frozen (pumped breastmilk and carbonated soda cans).
