Incredibly kind and cheery staff! The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful! My little boy had just had dental surgery, and we needed an early check in and she fixed us right up! We rented a King Suite and it was very spacious, well appointed and super clean! I stay in hotels frequently and this one here is by far the cleanest one I’ve stayed in around the Lexington area! I’m usually a Marriott or Hilton customer, but with a small child, we prefer a suite and the suites were all booked up everywhere and this hotel was very close to the hospital where he had surgery. It’s a great location! We used UberEats and had no issues getting our food brought to the door. I highly recommend this Candlewood Suites Hotel.

I liked everything.

Quiet - even tho it was right in the middle of town. great location - we needed to be by hospital and it was right there! Was so easy to find and plenty of parking. We enjoyed the kitchenette greatly. Everything was very clean and no weird smells!! Thank you!!

The water pressure of the shower could have been better but overall it was a great stay. Already have another stay booked for the next procedure - though it was hard on the budget - tho was always, you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious with a kitchenette if we had needed it, it was nice. The bed was very comfortable. There was ample window covering that kept our morning light fairly well with minimal effort. We had an early medical appt and live a few hours away and it was good for us.

Didn’t take cash! I like to pay my rooms off without leaving them charged to a credit card and would hesitate to choose this hotel again due to the fact I couldn’t do that.

The outdoor fire pit and seating area was comfortable and inviting, the snack and forgotten necessity vending area was very accommodating, the coffee bar was well stocked, the parking lot was well lit with easy access to the building from every side of the building, the rooms were spacious and clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful, plenty of hot water, well lit bathroom and spacious vanity area, and the room temperature control panel was easy to access and regulate.

There were no problems or anything I didn't like.

Room was very nice. Staff very professional and helpful (especially Christy, who went above and beyond to find the remote for the TV) Having the kitchen was a nice convenience. Convenient location to everything we did. We will stay here again.

The biggest irritation was not having a table to sit at. Seems odd to have a full kitchen and no table to sit down to eat.

I loved the ease the property allowed for me to take extra steps needed for my elderly parents. And loved the fact that they had healthy options for snacks and other amenities.

The only thing I can say about the stay that was not absolutely perfect is maybe the availability of a one bedroom suite. And that’s not even a deal breaker.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was a great size and the kitchen made it feel like a small apartment. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to the UK hospital.

The water pressure in the shower is pretty low and the TV in the bedroom did not connect to the cable. The front desk did their best to make it right by giving us extra reward points.

Helpful and extremely welcoming staff. A welcome contrast from the AI help, that was of little or NO help at a previous Hilton hotel in Nashville, Tenn.

Shower was wheelchair accessible and a bit dated but was clean and it was a large, spacious bathroom.

I was visiting a family member in the hospital. It is close to the hospital. It is set up with a kitchenette for anyone who has to stay for an extended time to be comfortable and feel more like they’re in an apartment than a hotel.

Breakfast isn’t included.

This property was amazing!!! The staff was super friendly and attentive! They were always available when needed. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. We stayed for one week and REALLY enjoyed it!

I have NOTHING negative to say!
