The comfy beds, nice bathroom, large tv, AC unit in the room. The infinity rooftop bar and restaurant was so good. Not a large menu, but an amazing view and place to eat at the hotel. We really enjoyed that piece.

Extra things added on at check in (parking fee, etc.)... Kind of confusing getting around the hotel. The Wi-Fi had to be paid for which is ridiculous. The bottle of water we got charged for and did not even touch it and it was $5. Absurd

Room clean Location perfect

The breakfast was a disappointment. There were dirty dishes in the stack of plates. I mentioned this when I checked out. I did not ask or expect a refund but the lady said she refunded the charge and she apologized. I really appreciated this!

The hotel was beautifully decorated. Tge room was clean to perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite & attentive.

I was surprised to see that everything I needed was conveniently located near the hotel.

Very nice hotel, great location to everything downtown. Very nice lobby bar that stays open late. Beds were comfortable and room are modern and spacious!

Air Never gets very cool Maintenance told us that if you leave your room and aren't there for a couple, no movement in room that the system shuts off.

This place is fantastic! The employees are amazing! Big shout out to Marcelo for his hospitality! Everything was clean and well kept up! The parking garage was a little confusing at first but we figured it out 😁 I will definitely be coming back!!

Did have a little issue but it got fixed. Still the best place to visit!

location was great and staff changed our room when we pointed out we booked a city view and the room they gave us was not a city view.

it was expensive. for an expensive hotel the toilet paper was really cheap and thin. breakfast was not included in the price.

The key pad on our door did not work very well. Took 5 minutes to get inside the room each time! Got new keys but that didn’t help much

Perfect location. Parking (for a fee) was convenient. Small swimming pool on the roof. All staff members were helpful and friendly. Very clean. Plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Excellent and location and fantastic front of house staff and bar staff. Ideally suited for seeing the city and getting out into the countryside. Excellent Gym and nice but rather small pool

My only complaint would be the cleaning of the rooms which was poor. It was very clean on arrival but the daily cleaning was poor.

Everything, perfect location, friendly staff amazing rooms and was a 8 minute walk to where my daughters Nationals was
