The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful and kind.

One of the staff had checked in another family under my reservationat 2pm. So when I arrived later at 10pm, my room was occupied and the current staff didn't know so I almost walked in on a young family sleeping. Staff members should always check ID name to the reservation name and make sure they match exactly not just see one of the names and make this big mistake. The evening staff I worked with was able to figure it out and make it right for us.

We attended a Kentucky football game so the location of this hotel was perfect. 1.2 miles from the stadium so just a little over 20 minute walk. This hotel was nice and clean especially considering what we paid. Great value!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was clean, breakfast was decent. The walls seem thin, heard noise from other rooms and hallway but wasn't anything serious.

Location ! In Lexington for UK Orientation. Easy 5 min drive to campus.

Only negative- we stayed 2 nights. Our checkout morning we made it to breakfast right when they had begun cleanup. One of the attendants was extremely kind to my young daughter and said to get some breakfast. The woman who appeared to be in charge was just rude. And let it be known with her words and body language she was annoyed with us- she basically shoved the food at my daughter and then slammed them onto the cart. When we were walking back to our room we saw we were not the only ones coming for breakfast on the later side and others were there too. It was a very unfortunate and uncomfortable experience in a otherwise very lovely stay.

This hotel embodies a modern and youthful atmosphere with its vibrant style. It offers a satisfying breakfast, maintains cleanliness and tranquility. The staff is exceptional, providing excellent service, and the check-in and check-out processes are effortless.

The current in the shower was insufficiently strong, requiring you to triple the bathing duration to become wet. Additionally, there is a lack of nearby wardrobes, resulting in all your clothes being stored openly on shelves.

It was beautiful, modern, smelled amazing and very clean

The only complaint is the down feather pillows. They sink in and you end up with your head on the bed and all the pillow on either side. I kept having to adjust and fluff the pillows. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again just the only thinking can think of that I didn’t 100% love.

Family friendly activities in the lobby. It was like a hangout spot with foosball tables, giant connect 4, and board/card games on hand. The design and colors were beautiful. The soaps and shampoos smell so good. The mattresses were well covered and allergy friendly (double fitted sheets and an allergen zip cover). Very good breakfast.

The mattress was a bit firmer than I would have liked, but not unbearable.

I've not stayed at a TRU property before. Loved it! Very modern. Bathroom has all the necessary accompanists in squeeze pumps with clever names. No unwrapping tiny soap bars. There was lots of space in the room. Modern phone charging ports. Lots of breakfast options. Space in the lobby for lounging or business.

I have nothing to complain about.

Very clean, new and modern -with a very nice, upbeat vibe.

The floor in the room was a hard floor, no carpet, so it was noisy and we would like carpet or rugs. There was other houses inside the hotel, but that tends to be expected. The eggs weren't very tasty (tasted fake) and the sausage links weren't good. The coffee was delicious and so were the pancakes. Lots of options for toppings too!

It was a great open space. Staff was really sweet.

Their “free” wifi is so slow you can’t even load your work email. To get faster wifi, they charge you 5 bucks a day. That kind of sucked. I also asked if the wifi was free and was told yes. Maybe word your advertising differently.

I didn't get her name but I checked in after 6:00 pm and the young woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. There were no water bottles for sale and she went out of her way to get me bottled water!

I was able to order through Uber Eats but I wished there were more options in the area to walk to dinner. My own fault as I should have checked the area out a little more.
