The room was large had all the amenities and was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and there was a good bit of a variety so everyone had what they liked from oatmeal to freshly made waffles spinach quiche a ham egg and cheese croissant egg omelette with cheese cereals juices coffees and hot chocolates bagels all types of dried fruits and granola for your oatmeal. They had Greek yogurt regular yogurt chocolate milk regular milk it was very nice overall. They had patio furniture with an outdoor fireplace and they have grills for cooking you can get the utensils and seasoning at the front desk. It's very close to Texas Roadhouse and things like a Walmart market within 5 to 12 minutes of driving. It's in a nice area and close to keeneland raceway and other attractions.

The water pressure in our shower was very low you had to stand super close to the sprayer or pick it up to put it over top of you for the shower in our handicap room 313. The water was warm everything's provided for you shampoo conditioner and body wash everything was very clean in the bathroom as well.

Everything about the location was excellent. I traveled for work and added the weekend before my work engagement to explore Lexington and surrounding areas. The property was conveniently located close to the airport and the city and some of the sights we wanted to see. The staff was very pleasant and friendly even when we checked in really late. I called the morning before our arrival to make sure they would be able to accommodate our late arrival and the person helping me on the phone was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was constantly restocking items that we're low as the patrons we're enjoying breakfast. The room was a nice size and the kitchenette was well stocked.

I liked the cleanliness and the quality of the entire hotel. The in-room kitchenette was very convenient. The continental breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of food options to choose from.

I didn't like the housekeepers. I didn't like the cooks of the continental breakfast. They were talking bad about certain guests in Spanish. Also, they stared at my family and I as we served ourselves and ate our food, and as we threw our trash away. It made us uncomfortable.

The breakfast was 20 out of 10 because I have never seen such an array of options for a hotel breakfast that was constantly full and hot. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, and a the kitchenette was perfect with a full size fridge. My family definitely would stay here again!

Sleeping area was tight, as we needed to use the sofa bed with kids but once unfolded there was no room to walk around it as the end of it kissed the end of main bed. The temperature knob of the shower makes more sense to be located under the shower head instead of at the other end of the shower stall. Imo

The hotel room was very clean. We found their accommodation to be comfortable and like the layout of the hotel room. We knew we would be pleased to book at TownePlace because we had previously been at one of their hotels. I’m meticulous about cleanliness so the hotel lived up to my standards. Their hot breakfast was wonderful and varied.

A very confortable hotel for a week stay, breakfast is included and at very good level. Rooms are large, very well furnished and silent at nigth. A very new structure, well designed and well maintained.

The gym could be crowded in the morning, housekeeping is not carried out every day.

The bathroom outlet did not work. Refrigerator door opens on the wrong side (need to switch hinges), which makes it difficult to access next to the room door

This hotel was great! Everything was really clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was arranged nicely with the kitchenette, table, couch, and bed. The bathroom was roomy. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of choices. It was close to restaurants and gas stations.

The water pressure in the shower was low. It was fine in the sink, but the shower needed more pressure to rinse hair thoroughly.
