The staff was very friendly and always available. They readily provided extra towels, as we stayed for more than one night. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool, though it was small for 6 children and their families. I know this is one place I don't have to bring my own shampoo, as there was a full size container in the shower. Breakfast was great! We loved the potato pancakes, thank you!! The kitchennette in the room was very helpful as well! We enjoyed the surroundings, and even got a unique experience of a Friday night neigborhood concert playing the 90ies hits at the adjacent amphitheater. Great experience!

It's hard to think of any negatives. We enjoyed our stay.

Location is very good to access many attractions of Lexington. Registration/reception staff are personable and professional. Breakfast is adequate with all the basics and staff kept breakfast bar stocked with items.

I will try to get a top floor room the next time I am there as the floors are partially bare of rugs (a good thing) and some people are heavy, plodding walkers and you can hear those occupants above you.

The shower is the finest. We have travelled the planet earth and this shower is not to be missed. We have stayed at four or five different Home2 suites and this shower was unreal. You found a good vendor. The staff at these hotels are customer focused and do a great job.

On a scale of 1 to 10, the breakfast was maybe a 3. Fake food. Look at Drury look at Marriot, it needs real eggs and real bacon. More protein. Do not worry I will stay here anyway—-of course the shower!

This was an excellent stay! The entire grounds were kept very well. Our room was spotless. The shower was great. The breakfast was excellent and quickly restocked. The extra amenities (gym and pool) were also very clean and well-maintained - so appreciated! The price for all that we got was excellent - great value!

Not much to criticize here. The staff were playing card games as we and other customers came in, but they were quick to leave their game and their service was friendly. Other than that, I can't think of one other negative Our whole experience was very positive.

Everything was very clean. We stayed here for a travel baseball tournament in Versailles. It was conveniently located within a 20 minute drive. Lots of food options close by. Far enough away from the road that you could not hear traffic. Staff was very friendly. My kids enjoyed the space we had. We will definitely be staying here again our next trip to Lexington as we come here a few times a year.

The room was very comfortable, the bed and bedding was so great, loved the mirror in the bathroom the lit up as a makeup mirror. Shower water pressure was perfect.

not sure if this is actually something Hilton could control but we were on the 2nd floor and whoever was directly above stompped back and forth very loudly most of the night, after "Quiet Hours" while we were trying to go to sleep. I probably should of called the front desk to complain.

Breakfast was a great breakfast for hotel service, ot a 5 star but then not the statndard bread, bit of eggs and steamed sausages... The room itself is a nicely laid out space.

Clarity on looking for a "2 bedroom" vs the small curtain that only divided off a couch from the beds... was looking for something with the beds in a room and it was not that. Worked out, but not the expectations from prior experiences.

New construction, very clean, efficient staff. Breakfast was prepared and provided to make busy time flow easily. Very spacious rooms with stocked kitchenette.

We had no trouble with booking or our stay. However, my son in law paid with booking/priceline and was told he needed to pay at the hotel and the clerk at check in would not take into consideration that it was already paid and demanded if he was staying, he would need to pay in full to them and take it up with booking/priceline. He even had validation/receipt of payment.

Excellent service. Front desk workers were super nice and helpful. Loved the room. Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Only five minutes to airport which is why I stayed here. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Bed was a little firm but comfortable to me.

I made sure booking .com knew we were traveling with a pet. I received an email stating that they had contacted the property and our pet was welcome at no extra charge. When we got there I was informed that I had to pay $75. What was I suppose to do. It was very cold outside. I could not leave her in the car. She is old and arthritic.
