My room was good for the king size bed and the price for the stay was good as well. Happy they had a soda machine and a snack machine. The staff was awesome at my check in. The location was good because I really didn't hear to much noise

I think there should be some designated rooms for the people who stay over the weekend for business travel or during the week that have small refrigerator and microwave in like a business class room.

Newly remodeled rooms and very nice staff. The location had more noise than I am used to in the morning but I am from a rural area where there are no cars or nearby trains/planes and other traffic, so I might be overly sensitive to noise.

They were under a remodel so there was some noise from construction but nothing too bad during our stay.

The property is being renovated and our room had been completely redone. It was very comfortable and now there’s coffee available in the room. It’s convenient to everything. We have stayed here several times and it’s always been good, but this time was even better. Good value for the money.

the location is so good and near from shopping and transportation to the down town easily using the bus

The staff need to be more pleasant. The air in the room is smoky. The housekeeping is poor and you have to ask to do the daily cleaning.

Great location, a lot of things nearby. Nice clean rooms wit a fridge and microwave.

Whe you ask for an hour later checkout, it's permissable, but your door is locked at 11:00, and you must make a trip to the service desk for them to reissue you another key.

Didn't eat the breakfast but it was a clean place but the biggest downfall was that the elevator didn't work and I stayed in the 3rd floor after a long day at work and didn't wanna have to climb the stairs several times to get my stuff and then back out to get food etc...

We love that our son who is 19 has a hotel that he can check in to when we are not available to travel with him. He loves going to concerts and this is our “go-to” place to book.

It was close to where I was going so it was very convenient

I don’t like the fact that they upcharge for amenities but I guess that’s the way of everything anymore show you one price but you have to pay more for the things that should already be included in the original price

The second time, staying here, the same lady was working the front desk and let me have an early check-in at the last minute. They are very friendly and fat to check me in. I love this location and the room is great for the price.

My only complaint was my remote, barely working.
