The shower was awesome. Great water pressure. The suite was beautiful. I liked that it had laundry room and the location was walking distance to the Dollar Tree. The guy who works the front desk was very friendly. I like that they kept and coffee in the lobby all the time. Not just during breakfast. Multiple TVs in the suites. Plenty of lights on the room. The wifi was excellent as I had to work most of the time I was there. I will definitely stay at this hotel from now on.

No fitness center. But neighborhood outside was safe enough for walking. I didnt like the bathroom door opened and covered the shower. Door should open on the other side. Also the cleaning staff didnt speak English so she could not communicate with her.

Clean room; comfortable bed , linens and pillows. Numerous locations to plug in chargers, good desk space. Curtains adequate to block out light.

Spray Leak in the connection between shower head and water pipe. Didn’t impact pressure just annoying to see it spray the ceiling. Need a trash receptacle in the dining area closer to the coffee and food tables so you don’t have to search for or it at the entry door every time you have a something like a teabag, Honey container, yogurt lid etc. to toss. Need to check working conditions of TV. I had to switch inputs to connect to cable feed.

The room we had was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful. They accommodated all our needs. The location is close to alot of things. There is so much to see in Lexington Kentucky.

The automatic door was broken, I was concerned about smashed fingers. The parking lot shouldve been cleaned from the recent snow. The heated indoor pool was lukewarm at best. I would still recommend this hotel, and im sure I'll stay there again when my daughter attends University of Kentucky

It was close to UK hospital. And a reasonable price. The only complaint that I would have in the room that we got was for a disabled person and that’s not what I booked but that’s OK.

You tell that property needs some updating. But very clean. The shower in our room was walk-in shower and needs to be redone. It looked like it was dirty, but it wasn’t let me stress that it wasn’t. It’s just old need to be redone.

Jason at the front desk was very friendly and personable. The room was good, and the beds were comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great.

The rooms, while nice, needed some touch-ups. Breakfast was OK, decent options to choose from, but wasn't restocked. Pool was OK. Smaller hotel.

The suite was comfortable, and the separation with the bedroom was important in the morning. Excellent shower head, good water pressure in the morning.

The carpet by the elevator was rip, the couch was stained and old. The furniture in the sitting area needs to be replaced.

Lovely large room, quiet location very convenient. We had a lovely suite with an extra 'living room' area which was very relaxing. Breakfast was great lots of choice, hot and cold. Free cookies and hot drinks in the lobby too - very pleasant.

Room had been previously smoked in which was disappointing.

I really liked this hotel, it was quiet and the rooms were nice! The bed was super comfy! Also Jason the night desk attendant made check in super easy and was super nice! He definitely made the stay better!

The carpet/ furniture seemed a little dated or in need of an upgrade

The beds were comfortable, room had plenty of space, facilities were clean, breakfast was great, price was good price range for last minute booking.

The pool said it was heated but the water was very cold, the fridge in our room leaked & the phone in our room did not work.

The location is great you don’t have to go too far for food, there is a dollar store right across the street. Overall it’s a great location and the staff is so friendly and detailed when wandering questions.

The breakfast is ok and the “heated” pool isn’t very heated.
