The breakfast was centrally located

It was very nice and the staff was friendly Everything about my overnight stay was very nice. The significant problem that I had was with the night front desk who completely inconvenient me by not completing my check with a receipt and the system didn't show the transaction so another employee could help me. A very nice and wonderful manager, Ashley Skaggs, was extremely successful in helping to complete my transaction that enabled me to reimburse my trip. I highly recommend her as a fantastic manager, who will go the extra mile to make the guests" very satisfied

Everything was super clean. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was really good, and they made sure they had enough food for all the guests. (The hotel was packed due to the national cheer event.) Overall, this was one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in.

The only complaint that I had was that there was an outlet/ USB station beside the bed that didn't work. Other than that, the only other complaint I had is that there wasn't enough seating for breakfast. However, I understand that they probably aren't as fully booked as they were for the cheer event.

This was the best Hampton Inn we have visited in over 10*years. The lobby was very nicely decorated and welcome from staff was so genuine. Location was perfect for our planned visit, easy to get to from airport in Lexington, and convenient to price friendly gas stations.

No complaints at all.

We asked for a handicapped room. There were enough grab bars but the walk in shower had a short shower curtain and the Water flowed out of the shower and the entire floor was completely soaked. We had to use towels to dry the floor. We were afraid to slip. Not very safe.

Longer shower curtain so water will flow in the shower drain.

We were greeted with warm smiles from Ashley. The lobby was clean and welcoming with lemon water and coffee available 24/7. There was an issue with our room and Ashley went above and beyond and moved us to another room. The room was spacious and breakfast was plentiful with many choices. We always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn and will continue.

Everything from the easy Check-in to them. Accommodating me with my senior father, who was on a Walker. They had a room on the first level right by an exit door which was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was superfriendly and the gym. You had available to work out in was fantastic.

Location was very convenient. Close to I-75. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The beds were fresh.

The door and entry into the room was a little tight. I could tell that they had made some upgrades to an older hotel. But it was tastefully done. There was no vent fan in the bathroom.

The staff was awesome, Breakfast was great and the kids loved the pool.The rooms was so sound proof too!When I stepped into the hall I heard a baby cry and I went in my room and no longer could hear!

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd like and I wished there was a better place to eat we was afraid to eat on the white comforter afraid they'd charge us for getting them dirty or stained.

The location was good, right off 1-75. The room was spacious and clean. We both loved the fluffy pillows and the amount of them. The breakfast was good, although we were late and it was almost over, so some of the food was starting to get cold. A nice selection of eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt... and waffle maker. The lobby was large and the tables were set at an angle which was visually pleasing. Mike, the clerk, was especially helpful to us with the reservation and with cancelling another reservation for later in the month. We were so happy to get a first floor room.

I cannot think of anything we did not like... except the bathroom sink would not drain. We noticed it immediately but it was our fault, we did not report it until the next day.

Breakfast was good. Location by the highway is convenient. Only thing to consider is that it is is busy and loud because of the proximity by the highway. Of course, this is expected.
