This property was quiet, in a fantastic location, and everything we could have needed in a hotel. My only issues were the front desk attendant kept disappearing when we needed them (I assume they were working alone. In which case, they should hire more people), and we requested no down pillows (stated allergy), and we still had down pillows in the room. We tried to get new pillows, but no one was available to take our request. So we just swapped some pillows around and it was okay. Overall a really fantastic place to stay. I appreciated the listed quiet hours, and the breakfast was great too.

The room and overall hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff were kind and helpful, especially when I had to add another night's stay. They made the process effortless. The breakfast was hot and there was a good variety. During my extra day, I had a training session on my computer and didn't have time to leave to get lunch-I went to the front desk and ordered from their menu. The front desk person made the sandwich exactly to my specifications and it was pretty good.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Room was very clean upon check in. Beds were also very comfortable.

Quality of breakfast could use improvement. It was not the presentation or way the food was prepared, but the quality. The only fruit was canned pineapple. Oranges or bananas would have been great. The only meat was very thin bacon and the yogurt was in a large bowl and not individually packaged. You were not told the flavor or sugar content. Overall our stay was very positive, but breakfast was a let down.

We loved that the hotel could accommodate the size of our family. Having two beds and a pullout sofa was a real bonus for us, and the price was just right. The breakfast offered plenty of variety and included good sources of protein, which helped keep us full for the rest of our trip. The hotel’s location made it an easy on-and-off from the highway, which was very convenient. Despite being close to the highway, the hotel was incredibly quiet—we didn’t hear any noise at all.

Location and cleanliness

One of a front desk person was extremely rude, not fit for the hospitality job at all. Never saw a smile on her face and never a straight answer to any question nor having a solution to the simplest question. Luckily, I know how to deal with such …… that is ‘just ignore them’ . I noticed that her attitude wasn’t like this with me, but anyone approaching her. Hotel must address it to keep its good value. All other night shift front desk front desk was just amazing

it was a nice property! the lobby was up to date… the rooms were SO big and spacious! the couch was big and comfy and the beds were very comfy! Enough space for a family to stay there and have their own space, you weren’t on top of each other. it was also nice to have small bar available after returning in the evening, a kitchen yiu could order from, and an indoor pool!

the towel rack in the shower was covered with rust, like bad. other than that, I would have given a 10.

Everything. Room was clean and service was great. Breakfast had a good selection and was not just continental. This was great considering other hotels have cut back on the type of food they serve.

The only negative I would say is the shower door designed to only close 3/4 of the opening. This led to a lot of water on the floor that soaked the bath mat and needed additional towels to also absorb.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They truly made me feel like they wanted us there and wanted us to have a good time. Never have I ever had such amazing customer service that made me feel like I was cared for and wanted.

I would have loved to have a microwave in the room. Traveling with kids can be expensive for eating out so we always bring microwaveable things with to eat in between ... not the end of the world as we were able to come up with other options that did not require cooking.

I love that we could get adjoining rooms with my daughter and grand daughter. Plenty of space and lots of memories made.

We came to use the indoor pool with our one year old granddaughter. The pool area was freezing. I’m not sure the heat worked at all. The water was cold as well but must have been bearable for ten minutes, because that’s about the amount of time my crew could handle it. We were disappointed but overall has a good stay.

Comfortable bed, spacious room

The TV. Upon arrival the TV was on and it was very warm. While it was on it was radiating heat 🥵 that was literally making the room warm. That is the one thing I would replace immediately.
