This property was quiet, in a fantastic location, and everything we could have needed in a hotel. My only issues were the front desk attendant kept disappearing when we needed them (I assume they were working alone. In which case, they should hire more people), and we requested no down pillows (stated allergy), and we still had down pillows in the room. We tried to get new pillows, but no one was available to take our request. So we just swapped some pillows around and it was okay. Overall a really fantastic place to stay. I appreciated the listed quiet hours, and the breakfast was great too.

Location and cleanliness

One of a front desk person was extremely rude, not fit for the hospitality job at all. Never saw a smile on her face and never a straight answer to any question nor having a solution to the simplest question. Luckily, I know how to deal with such …… that is ‘just ignore them’ . I noticed that her attitude wasn’t like this with me, but anyone approaching her. Hotel must address it to keep its good value. All other night shift front desk front desk was just amazing

it was a nice property! the lobby was up to date… the rooms were SO big and spacious! the couch was big and comfy and the beds were very comfy! Enough space for a family to stay there and have their own space, you weren’t on top of each other. it was also nice to have small bar available after returning in the evening, a kitchen yiu could order from, and an indoor pool!

the towel rack in the shower was covered with rust, like bad. other than that, I would have given a 10.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. They truly made me feel like they wanted us there and wanted us to have a good time. Never have I ever had such amazing customer service that made me feel like I was cared for and wanted.

I would have loved to have a microwave in the room. Traveling with kids can be expensive for eating out so we always bring microwaveable things with to eat in between ... not the end of the world as we were able to come up with other options that did not require cooking.

I love that we could get adjoining rooms with my daughter and grand daughter. Plenty of space and lots of memories made.

We came to use the indoor pool with our one year old granddaughter. The pool area was freezing. I’m not sure the heat worked at all. The water was cold as well but must have been bearable for ten minutes, because that’s about the amount of time my crew could handle it. We were disappointed but overall has a good stay.

Our room was very nice, spacious enough for a family. A microwave in the room would have been nice for the time we stayed too limit eating out and found some food debris on floor, I work for a casino and understand things get busy and quick turnaround times have to happen so not a huge deal for me. Saltwater for pool was interesting, a more natural way for cleanliness, and the staff was amazing.

The room was very clean. There was plenty of ice in the ice machine. The room had a mini fridge, but no freezer and no microwave. There is a microwave in the lobby you can use. My teens liked the pool and the gym. Breakfast was good. It changes a little each day: waffles and sausage, bacon, french toast sticks and sausage.... Every day there were eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, bread to toast, and donut holes. Walmart was 2 miles away, and there were many restaurants nearby. It was also quiet in the building. The staff were all friendly.

The pillows were too soft for our liking.

The room was very well insulated, we didn’t hear doors slamming all night, nor people in the hallways at all. The bed was very comfortable. Plus there was a living room area complete with a mini-fridge. We were within walking distance of several restaurants as well.

The pool was the reason I booked this particular hotel. When we arrived was told it was down. But other than that, it’s a very lovely place to stay.

The staff was absolutely fabulous! They went above and beyond! Leah and Angela helped me navigate a city that I had never visited! The hotel was nice and clean, free breakfast was adequate.

My one complaint is the shower, the door is just a half glass door and it causes the floor to get soaked with water! Missing a microwave in the room

This is clean and well kept. The rooms were nicely laid out. The gym had no cleaning wipes to wipe down equipment even though it asks you to. My son enjoyed the pool although he said it was busy.

My only real complaint was I left my prescription glasses behind and called the next day to find out how to get them back and I was told someone would contact me back to get them shipped to me (they had them). No one has called me. That was June 24 and it is now July 4. Will I get my needed glasses back?
