Me and my husband was in town to be seen by a surgeon. He had a traumatic heart surgery last October and has had trouble since. We are stressed and worried already. The online booking kept messing up and messed up the charge and I was frustrated over the charges and couldn’t find a room affordable room that was clean and provided comfort. The manager was very helpful and made a very scary unpredictable tomorrow a lot easier by canceling the prior reservation that was priced higher than they quoted and he gave us a good room with a flat rate with no extra charges. We was able to watch a nice tv and rest comfortably. Thank you for the help.! We appreciate it. Make sure the manager gets special recognition! Thanks

No hot breakfast

Seemed like the property was new or recently redone. Clean, neat and rooms were average size. Lobby was beautiful and breakfast was just the basics but good. Location was very convenient to the interstate and lots of options for eating. Staff was friendly. Loved the ability to pick a room and get the digital key which is a Hilton staple and a real plus! Able to plug in electronics. Room had a mini frig and basic shampoo, lotion etc. I didn't care for the pillows but there were plenty of them. I wish you had a choice of fluffy, harder and foam etc. That said, beds were comfortable and TV was good.

Not a fan of the big fluffy pillows. Indoor pool was nice but no hot tub. Otherwise this is a budget hotel which delivered a nice stay but nothing super above the top.

My husband and I were in town for his brother's graduation from UK and booked last minute so we were thinking it would be a "get what you paid for" type thing but we were so wrong. Our room had recently been updated. The bed was comfy, and the room was spacious enough for 2. When I checked in, the front desk was so helpful and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. (Wish I could remember his name).

The shower in our room was hooked up wrong, so the cold water was hot, and the hot water was cold. Also, since there were 2 of us, it would have been nice to have a second wash cloth and maybe an extra towel. Our room was on the interstate side of the building, so we had a lot of interstate noise.

The staff was Exceptional! The hotel was so clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was nice with great water pressure. They had a bagel breakfast it was good enough to hold us to lunch everyday. Dinning/sitting area was nice. The pool was very clean with lots of seating. We sit out there playing cards watching the kids play in the pool daily. Our room was right beside the pool it was so convenient with having kids.

Everyday the parking lot was full.

Location was good, everything was renovated and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom area was roomy. Checking in was fast.

I called before our visit to make sure the pool was heated as we were traveling with little ones, but the water was pretty cold. There were no towels at the pool, was told someone called in and they hadn’t finished laundering them. Walls are pretty thin so if your neighbors are loud you’ll definitely hear them.

Location and welcoming atmosphere.

No mini fridge in the room. We had traveled 12 hours and the next day going to travel another 12 and it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room per the pictures and listing on the website. The amazing desk attendant put our drinks in the employee fridge for us. However, even though the hotel is becoming a Marriott with renovations being done the simple necessities of microwaves and mini fridges should be there for guests. The microwave was there but not a mini fridge. Just doesn’t make sense to me. Please fix this for other guests.

The facility was recently renovated and we could tell. Aside from fresh paint, the flooring seemed to be new including carpet in the bedroom and tile in the bathroom. The toilet appeared to be new and all the hardware like doorknobs seemed to be updated. The room looked and smelled clean which is most important to us. The staff were friendly checking in and checking out. There was a free breakfast bar where you could make your own waffles but we were in a bit of a hurry so I grabbed a muffin to go. It was a great value.

There really wasn't much to complain about. It was basic and clean and in relatively close proximity to UK. With morning traffic, it still took us a little over 20 minutes to get there, but that was much better than us having to drive two hours from our home.

The breakfast was great , plenty of selection and always restocked by the staff. Bed was comfortable and the room was well stocked with toiletries etc. The staff are very helpful and co-ooerative.

The location. Our room was right beside the 75 and noisy all night. The breakfast area is crowded with guests and could use a rethink, maybe spread toasters out more.

Very friendly. The hotel has been having updates since its acquisition by Hilton. Slept great. The main road had some loiterers, but this hotel is the farthest from it on this strip of hotels. Close to many conveniences. Pool was down for updates. I think it's going to end up being very nice when they are done. Rate was a great value during our trip.

Didn't love that the breakfast was more of a grab and go.

The property has been completely remodeled from the other hotel that once existed here. The remodel is very impressive. I stay in a lot of hotels. I don’t usually leave reviews. The parking lot is well lit. There are cameras on site. It was a very good stay for me… David at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful.
