Absolutely phenomenal hotel with a great price. I travel for work and have been to quite the range of hotels. While the offered breakfast is a bit lackluster, it's hardly a problem considering the pricing for quality cleaning, and quality service from the staff. Absolutely love this hotel, and have decided to stay here while in Lexington Kentucky for forever.

There is only one set of washer and dryers so while on my stay I was working around everyone else's wash schedules but this was very manageable.

Marcus at the front desk was so kind and helpful. My daughter and grandbaby stayed for a few days, and he always called them by name when they came in or out, asked how they were, and if they needed anything. He was the same for other guests, even making sure he got some lost keys back to the right person. Check-in was easy. The lobby and halls were very clean, even behind doors and corners. The room was also clean, bed and pillows comfy, and there was enough room next to bed on both sides for my grandchild pack and play. Location near restaurants, and shopping, location easy to get in and out. Parking lot well lit. Would stay again and would recommend.

I would give this hotel 100 out of 10! This was my very first time in the US, and I didn’t have a home here. Microtel became my very first place to live, and the experience was unforgettable. All the staff—especially Martha (if I recall the name correctly)—treated us so kindly that we truly felt at home. I highly recommend every newcomer to Lexington to book this hotel.

A little far from city center.

Quiet and far enough from the interstate so there was no traffic noise. Very clean. Good shower pressure. Nice decor. Good lighting. Breakfast was good. Fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs were appreciated. Coffee was incredibly weak.

WiFi was terrible. First room we checked into had an exceptionally squeaky metal bed frame. Second room was marginally better. The room had a connecting door through which we heard our neighbor loud and clear talking on her honeymoon for hours. Coffee.

When we came in the front doors after the concert the Front desk attendant was folding laundry and it smelled so clean and I made sure to let him know that it did.

When checked in was asked if a name was my 1st name and I said no it's (my name) was given a room key and when I opened the door with my key, the room was occupied by someone else. I returned to the front desk and was told let me go to this room and see if it's open. She stated it could be because you have the same last name.

Location. And ease of getting to work. Sadly I was sick in the middle but they worked around that as well. Thank you for everything you all did for me

The conditions were abhorrent. Not the location but the weather. And they weren’t able to get someone to work on it till a couple days after. They did what they could but ice was rampant. I didn’t fall but that was luck more than anything else. I was so afraid that they could’ve been set up on and sued if someone fell.

The staff was the best! I ended up adding a night and needed to change from a single bed to a double but thought I was going to have to wait from check out to check in to get back in a room. Jennifer at the front desk called me with in 30 minutes of changing rooms to let me know they had a double bed ready and I could go ahead and change rooms! It definitely saved us the hassle of having to stay gone until 3:00 check in.

We stayed for the NCAA Basketball Tournament (War Eagle!) and had a great stay. It was great for the price and we didn’t encounter any problems. Great location and the room was clean. Brad at the front desk went out of his way to help us, too, so thanks to him! The room was mostly clean, but we found an empty bag of… adult gas station materials in our room 😂 But that was the ONLY issue we had!

Everything was wonderful. It far exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were attractive, clean, well maintained, and very comfortable! I loved the window seat in my room! The staff was friendly courteous and provided excellent service. And there's a very nice full breakfast included in the very low price. I will recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back!
