When we came in the front doors after the concert the Front desk attendant was folding laundry and it smelled so clean and I made sure to let him know that it did.

When checked in was asked if a name was my 1st name and I said no it's (my name) was given a room key and when I opened the door with my key, the room was occupied by someone else. I returned to the front desk and was told let me go to this room and see if it's open. She stated it could be because you have the same last name.

Location. And ease of getting to work. Sadly I was sick in the middle but they worked around that as well. Thank you for everything you all did for me

The conditions were abhorrent. Not the location but the weather. And they weren’t able to get someone to work on it till a couple days after. They did what they could but ice was rampant. I didn’t fall but that was luck more than anything else. I was so afraid that they could’ve been set up on and sued if someone fell.

The staff was the best! I ended up adding a night and needed to change from a single bed to a double but thought I was going to have to wait from check out to check in to get back in a room. Jennifer at the front desk called me with in 30 minutes of changing rooms to let me know they had a double bed ready and I could go ahead and change rooms! It definitely saved us the hassle of having to stay gone until 3:00 check in.

We stayed for the NCAA Basketball Tournament (War Eagle!) and had a great stay. It was great for the price and we didn’t encounter any problems. Great location and the room was clean. Brad at the front desk went out of his way to help us, too, so thanks to him! The room was mostly clean, but we found an empty bag of… adult gas station materials in our room 😂 But that was the ONLY issue we had!

Everything was wonderful. It far exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were attractive, clean, well maintained, and very comfortable! I loved the window seat in my room! The staff was friendly courteous and provided excellent service. And there's a very nice full breakfast included in the very low price. I will recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back!

Room was clean comfortable Breakfast had a great assortment of items from fresh fruits to cereals biscuits and gravy all were well cooked and good

Could use a extra pillow 3 pillows for 2 people bed was clean and comfortable plenty of chargers for devices although there was no coffee maker they did provide cups and microwave small fridge I got my earl grey tea very happy overall

Location was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The room was very good. We had a dog with us, and so we were in a room awaiting refurbishment. The room was very clean. The bed was excellent and the bathroom was modern.. Breakfast was included - basic, continental breakfast but good for the price of the room. No complaints.

Perhaps some more hot choices for breakfast. No real issues.

The property was very clean. Great value for the money.

There was a problem with a double reservation and the staff did nothing to help. They offered a phone number but it was disconnected. Spent several hours trying to get resolved. Wasn't fixed until next day. We had a death in family and didn't need the added stress. Staff definitely need training.

Everything was just as expected, very good customer service. The room was clean, bed comfy, good location. I felt safe in the hotel and this area of town.

I did go at 9am for breakfast and it is over at 10am. I was a bit disappointed in the selections. There was gravy, but all the biscuits had been eaten. Yet, I was grateful I was able to find some things I enjoyed. I was very glad coffee was available.

Second stay with you all since January. I wasn’t disappointed then and was definitely not disappointed this time either

Not a lot. Some upkeep things. Paint in a few spots. Wear and tear on the door jam of my room. It was obvious to me that the hotel has seen extensive use. A good thing I’m sure. Won’t discourage me staying here again.
