Girl at front desk extremely rude just because i asked for a receipt and explanation of services I travel often and by no means does every hotel follow the same policy Im in Lexington almost every weekend during football so i know all hotels dont follow and asking for an explanation doesnt mean im stupid Also when i pulled up my bank account to prove the amount processed she treated me like a liar Home 2 suites is amazing just need to make sure the staff isnt rude and helpful when simply asking for an explanation and receipt

The staff was very friendly & it was very clean & roomy. Breakfast was better than most hotels.

The parking. There's only a handful of spots in front of the hotel. There is another hotel and a few restaurants around so parking close wasn't an option. I think if there were some designated spots near the hotel on the side it would be great! I would have definately given 5 stars!

Breakfast was phenomenal!!!!! Night staff when I check in on my birthday were so nice and they were super helpful at putting me in a room close to the exit and elevator for my pet. Macey the front desk young lady was amazing. Perry the night front desk person who relieved Macey was also great. I will be staying here again when I go on the bourbon trail this summer. Thank you for taking care of my pup, myself and my daughter for our brief stop before traveling the rest of the way to Tennesse.

I love the suite that I got. The price was great for the extra room. I didnt feel crowded at all. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable.

There wasn't much parking available close to the hotel and there never seemed to be a cart available. I had to make several trips from the 3rd floor. I was there for business and can't keep my equipment in my vehicle.

I had arranged this booking through booking.com, and for some reason my credit card payment did not go through so when I got to the place, my booking had been canceled. Much to my delight, Melissa’s daughter found me another room right away, so that it was not a difficult issue. They were so kind, and considerate. The next morning, I saw, Melissa, the manager, and she was extremely kind and professional. I loved this location and the room was impeccable. Very good food nearby, which was recommended by the front desk.

The property is always clean. The staff is always friendly. Location is within walking distance to restaurants.

The heat in the room took a long time to get adjusted. It could only be set to auto. So when the room would finally get warm the air would kick on and cool it back off. I wish there were more protein options for breakfast.

Wry nice organization and layout for breakfast and also the 24 hour coffee/tea was in a very comfortable location.

The carpets were very beat down and stained. I understand pets make a difference on the life of carpets but the carpets were far too beat down and stained considering the age of facility. These rugs need cleaned or replaced. They do not meet the quality of the overall facility and staff.

Good location. Clean spacious room. Quiet.

The canopy at the main entrance is narrow and only partially covered which was very inconvenient because it was raining when we arrived and departed. Only room for one car at a time, which is not good when some guests stay parked for long periods of time.

The rooms were spacious, the customer service was amazing, Melissa and Mandi were so respectful and helpful, and the FREE breakfast was exceptional. We will be looking for these suites in other states we travel to.

I believe Hilton is a huge corporation and possibly could give back to the customer by setting a buy 3 get one overnight stay free policy, for the customers to have an A+ experience and Hilton to get an A+ review.

I loved that the room was equipped with a mini kitchen and a sofa to make staying in the room very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets even smelled nice, and the pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options. I would highly recommend this place.
