The breakfast was varied and served hot choices and make-your-own waffles. The location was fine, but the visit was for friends to spend time together and the oldest used a walker, so we didn’t sightsee (by choice). The staff at the front desk was the friendliest and most helpful I have dealt with at many hotels, here and abroad. They were all standouts and I recommend this hotel for them alone!

I prefer a pool that is outside rather than an indoor pool, but that is a minor thing.

Very close to the places we were needing to go to that week. We could walk to several places we needed to go. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The shower had excellent water pressure!

The only real complaint I had was some of the staff were more helpful and nice than others. And a hot tub would have been nice! Also, there was a major problem with the water from the shower getting all over the bathroom floor. We had to use lots of towels to keep it from soaking the entire bathroom.

The check in was great. The room was excellent. It was very clean and spacious. It had everything that we needed for a one night stay.

Although it was Christmas morning at check out, the breakfast was not so great. The coffee was awful and un-drinkable. There were not many people there, but because it was Christmas morning, I wish that it was a little better.

The hotel was clean and a good location.

A little pricey but I'd still stay their again. It was difficult to find the parking lot but it was mainly Google Maps fault for sending us behind the property and then to the apartments/ town homes next door.

The continental breakfast had enough choices every day for all dietary needs. The location was unbeatable for a concert at Rupp Arena. With good weather, it was an easy 20 minute walk to and from the venue.

The hair dryer in the room was broken when I went to use it, but the staff brought a new one quickly. The room never got cleaned as they tried to clean at like 4:00 p.m. and we were in the room getting ready to head out.

Everyone was so nice and everything we asked for they got us and seemed happy to accommodate. Especially the front desk ladies!

Maybe improve the breakfast. Maybe add donuts or more pastries.

Clean great location friendly staff

Bed not that comfortable. Seating is pull out bed and extremely uncomfortable. Has a small desk but no option for table to sit at to eat.

Breakfast was what I would expect at a hotel. The sausage was good and the cubed potatoes were cold and a bit undercooked. Eggs typical of of hotel meals.

We stayed with 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids. There was a sofa what to be extra bed.

Pool’s temperature was too cold to us.

Clean ,bug free,friendly and easy of parking. Close to uk hospital and cancer center.
