I try to always stay there when I’m picking up horses - I love the beds ! & pillows the most !

Only thing I didn’t like as I had the do not disturb sign on the room - got in at midnight - & housekeeping knocked at the door anyway - it wasn’t even check out time - I then called for a late check out and they gave me until 100 - I didn’t complain about her - she was very nice

The whole place was wonderful and welcoming, from the desk clerks to the shuttle drivers to the staff in the bar/dinner area. I don't think I've ever had such attentive, kind people in any hotel. Pretty amazing. I was stranded due to an airline glitch, and they really made me feel better. Kind of hate to leave.

towel left for us to dry off with for shower was very gross looked as if someone wiped their butt with it (nicest way to put it) so I’m not sure if they change out towels and sheets if they looked untouched. other than that one issue and the hot tub being out of order it was a nice place to sleep

The side doors were locked and we were not allowed to use them. Parking was limited and we had to walk around the building when we parked.

Well decorated and comfortable lobby. Quiet room, no outside noise at all.

Nice hotel. Small notes: Arrived around 8. No staff in lobby for a while. Earlier in the day, I got an email about check in using the app to go right to the room (keyless). At hotel they said you still need to check in at the front desk.

We enjoyed our spacious room and comfortable king bed.

Each evening when we returned to our room our keys would not gain us entry. We had to return to the front desk for reset. We did not receive housekeeping and picked up clean towels at the front desk.

The bed was uncomfortable. The room was hot -air conditioner noisy. Front desk staff was helpful.

Did not feel safe to walk to a restaurant so slept hungry. They do no offer breakfast either…you’ll need to go elsewhere for that. Having the name Marriott should not require research to learn these things.

Parking was scarce at times. Guests were taking up more than one space with work vehicles. When I had to park in the lot at the backside of the hotel the doors were locked and wouldn’t open with the keycard. I have mobility issues and this made things very difficult.
