Breakfast was good … coffee all day … comfort food bags to start your day … staff was aware of customers needs …. Exercise room was nice with tv and hand towels … room was spacious …. Location near many restaurants …. For my purpose to be in Lexington , Hampton Inn gave me relaxed thoughts and calm moments . I will be staying at this location in the future . Thank you again

I have stayed in a few Hotels . I understand nothing is perfect . For what I paid , at this moment , I cannot think of negative personal needs .

Registration desk staff were very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. Location was great for me as I needed to stay on west side of town. With traffic becoming more crowded in Lexington, it may not be ideal for visitors who are going to events in center or east of Lexington.

Could have put more bathroom linens in room. Breakfast items were not consistently stocked for patron use on the two weekend mornings that I was there. Staff did not seem attentive to this matter. Walls and ceilings between rooms are a bit thin and it is easy to hear other patrons.

Clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast, and responsive front desk are all things we appreciate about this Hampton Inn. We had an issue with our reservation and Cody with the front desk went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. He is an outstanding employee, giving customer service rarely seen these days.

While I could say it was frustrating that the power went out while we were there, it was entirely due to Hurricane Helene and the staff did everything they could to assist during the outage. So no complaints at all!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast fare but was well stocked, kept clean and was all very tasty. The facility is pretty new and the room was very comfortable.

There was a questionable design choice. They used a single, sliding "barn door" as the door for both the bathroom and closet. This would not be a problem for someone traveling alone but I found myself hitting my wife with the door as I was coming out of the bathroom and she was getting something out of the closet. Also, the door was very difficult to open/close and it make a loud squeak whenever it was fully closed or opened. The squeak and difficulty opening and closing the bathroom door were minor and should be easy to fix.

Bed were very comfortable, rooms, halls and common area very clean, amd staff very friendly. Breakfast was also great gor 2 days we stayed.

Pillows were way too soft for my liking. I didn't realize when I booked that the pool was outside, so it was not really usable to me and my wife. Suggestion would be to maybe enclose the pool area with glass maybe. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay

We arrived on a Sunday evening, checked in and left to meet our son for dinner. As we were backing out of our parking place after dinner, my wife and I heard a strange sound when we put the car in reverse. After confirming that was indeed something wrong we the car when it was put into reverse we began searching for Toyota dealer. I left the hotel early Monday morning, around 7:20 a.m., to go to that Toyota dealer and left my wife in the hotel. Since I arrived without an appointment, I did not know if I would need to delay our checkout. At 10:00 a.m., the Toyota dealer gave me a diagnosis and estimated it would be around an hour before they would be done. Therefore, I called the hotel and asked for a delayed check-out because it looked like we might be a little late. They were gracious and very accommodating and extended our check-out time. We did check-out around 11:10; but, it was made much less stressful by the response of the front-desk staff at the Hampton.

The hotel in general, and our room in particular, was clean and comfortable. The queen bed was one of the more comfortable ones we've slept on at hotels we've stayed at. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. The staff were all pleasant and outgoing. The location was convenient for places we were in town to visit. We would definitely come back again the next time we are in the area.

Room was exceptionally nice. Loved the roominess. Shower was terrific; hot water was instant. Staff were totally helpful, friendly, and attentive! I appreciated that there was a delay in room service changing towels, etc. Eco friendly! Breakfast selection and setting were great too.

I thought the room not having pen and paper was kind of "cheap." Didn't expect that from a Hilton related hotel.

The location was close to a lot of dining and shopping. This hotel was also new which was evident in the cleanliness and smell of the building (despite pets being allowed). I had no issues during my stay! The room was very spacious. The bathroom was huge and clean! I didn't get a chance to check out the pool because of a thunderstorm but it looked clean and maintained!

I have a short term rental business so I pay attention to things and could not find a single cobweb! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, staff was accommodating, and it was also close to everything. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I can’t list a single thing I did not like about this property, it is perfect!
