The check in clerk was awesome very accommodating we had a issue with our receipt and she worked to make sure it would be ok

Tried to book through the front desk was told there were no vacancies but I was seeing rooms on booking.com. I booked through the app and later learned my employer preferred not to use the app and needed a separate receipts for each employee. The check in clerk said it could be fixed but when we checked out the clerk then was unhelpful saying she couldn’t do it. After several hours the next week with booking.com the clerk on duty sent me the receipts as needed. That should have been done at checkout

I loved the breakfast, the room was nice, and I was met with super friendly staff

I was really bummed when I got to the pool and there was no hot tub like it was stated on the website :/ I was looking for a hotel with a hot tub specifically which was part of why I booked here but I was still happy that my daughter got to enjoy the pooo and have. Fun

Clean facility, nice staff, nice sized room and quiet as requested.

The breakfast was out of most food by 9am each morning....goes until 10. For what I paid, I expect it to be fully stocked....and food was sub par when compared to other similar hotels...very disappointed,...was just out of food and attendants both days seemed over worked.

The breakfast lady runs a tight ship, always well stocked and helpful. The free cookies are awesome. Lots of restaurant choice within walking distance, they should replace their list with a map though.

Pool is too cold to use.

I did not like how their website online states that they have an indoor pool and hot tub but they do not have a hot tub. They need to update that on their website.

That it is managed by a female and it makes all the difference from checkin to check out. Exceptional cleaning staff,amazing front desk personnel (all shifts) and a safe property with adequate lighting and parking.

The water pressure could be better

Excellent staff and amenities. The pool, gym, and laundry were all great. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond.

Fancy new coffee machines at breakfast were finicky and stopped working a few times but not a big deal.

The breakfast was really exceptional. I'm a foodie and I don't usually like hotel provided breakfasts. However, yours was excellent. Thank you for a good start on my drive home!

Everything was really great except that the cleaning agents used left a strong odor in the room. I would suggest something with less fragrance. I have allergies and I had to open the window for a few hours to air out the room.

check in, but not hotel’s fault. Booking.com never sent the reservation to the hotel. The hotel was already paid for. We drove 10 hours to find out they had no room for us and the hotel was already overbooked. The manager was very helpful and was able to accommodate us, but it took some time for her to be able to do that. Again, not her fault. Booking.com never followed through with communication to hotel.
