Been here a number of times. It's fine, has clean rooms and overall "Hyatt quality". Having the bar downstairs is nice, if you're into that, and the breakfast was pretty good. I'd be fine staying there again, though I may also try other nearby accommodations as well.

Having stayed there a number of times, i just note a bit of a "rundown" feel to it. The room I had, for example, the toilet looked like it had been around the block a few times and a maintenance guy had to come up and replace the constantly-running flush valve (service response was great though). The room and facilities overall, while clean and nicely equipped, just seemed like they could use a refresh.

The location and bed were great. Great pillows, very comfortable. The lighting in the room could have been better, as could the cleanliness of the bathroom. The elevator was excellent; there was no wait. My partner did trip coming out of the shower—the height of the shower in proportion to the floor was higher than expected. The coffee in room was very weak. Overall, our experience was fantastic in all ways. Great breakfast, great people, great fireplace in lobby, great walking location!

We booked a room with two full beds but received a single king. I was there with my adult daughter so we made it work but we would've preferred separate beds. There should be a shuttle available to spots within one mile. No access to a microwave to heat leftover food. Expect city noise with this location.

Excellent location downtown near food and drink. Room was spacious and quiet. L-shaped room entrance so ppl in hallway cannot see into room. Very nice restaurant/bar in lobby. Server got me in for breakfast early - thanks Loretta! Front desk staff offered to get me a luggage cart. Coffee available after hours.

Self-park is across the street; parking near hotel entrance is valet. No freezer section in the in-room refrigerator.

TO start, the staff was AMAZING!! The people at the front desk, specifically Diana, were absolutely wonderful and welcoming and very helpful in helping us choose restaurants and activities in the area. The bar staff were also terrific! Anthony and Gaby were so fun and made some delicious drinks! Our room and view were beautiful! The location was ideal to be able to see all of downtown.

The shower water pressure was less than desirable. It was so weak. The pillows and bed in the room was not super comfortable.

The room was clean and the mattress was VERY comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that there's not both a bottom and top sheet on the bed. The duvet was thin, as were the extra blankets we requested. Also, there was no information about the hotel or the amenities in the room. I didn't know where the ice machines were, what the WiFi password was, etc. Finally, there no advance info about where to park if taking advantage of self parking. FYI - it's across the street from the hotel entrance marked Gate 1.

Good location. However, there were no room slippers. Additionally, the coffee machine was dusty and dirty. I ran 10runs of a water and still kept getting dirty water with chunks of coffee powder. Eventually, I gave up and didn’t have any tea throughout my stay. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

With it being attached to Rupp Arena was great for the concert we attended. The staff was amazing. We had issues with our room missing a drawer and they moved us rooms and took into consideration my son loves being up high.

You could tell that they are trying to improve the property but there were patches of paint missing, the carpet in the hall was not tacked down well, water damage on the shower, drawer missing, and a cloudy window.

Beds super comfortable. Being attached to Rupp was excellent. We had a plumbing issue, and was taken care of fast. Valet parking was a great feature, although slow to respond. Will definitely stay again for Rupp events, ease of use is great!

No microwave in the rooms. Does have a refrigerator which was great as I could keep my insulin refrigerated. Hotel was very busy, long wait to the elevators, but most of us didn't mind the wait.

Breakfast wasn't included, shuttle service lost my gift bag I left on from the airport, room had a few items left from last guest, valet parking area had dirt and cigarette butts in corners of building. Clerks could not make a reservation for me, I had to make it online myself, when I did it was through a third party that charged me more and not the room I wanted.
