Upon arrival the lady at the check in desk was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming! She went above and beyond to help ensure we were able to be book our room despite a couple of minor complications to begin with. She really made my experience a fond memory!

My toilet got stopped up and wouldn't flush. Upon informing the man on third shift, he had me walk all over the property with him while he looked for a plunger. He then just handed me the plunger basically to figure it out myself. I thought that was a bit crappy.

The older lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very professional. The room was super nice, clean bedding, quiet, and in excellent condition. The property was quiet and clean. The location was perfect. The housekeeper was very professional when I asked for extra washcloths. The internet was very good, along with the water pressure and room temperature. I was amazed and pleased.

I didn't care for the heavy-set man, I think he was the manager. I didn't like how he talked to the older front desk lady when she was asking for his help when checking me in. He acted as if she was bothering him. His tone of voice and behavior was unprofessional in front of a guest. His personal appearance was a bit deplorable, he didn't look professional, have on a name tag and his shirt had hair dandruff all over it.

I have to start by saying that, because of an availability problem, I was upgraded to a room with an extra in the form of a workstation desk. Everything was in good condition and clean. The room even passed the sniff test on arrival. I had taken a recent trip during which I stayed at eleven different economy motels. This one would have been very close (no worse than top three) to the top in terms of the room among this group. The bed was fine. I found the controls easy to adjust for a comfortable temperature and the heating/air conditioning unit had a reasonably low sound level. It isn't really a complaint, but I was surprised that the shower had a very high-flow head. Half of the water volume would have been plenty.

Really, nothing, although I was told that my pre-upgrade room would not have had a refrigerator, which I assume that even low-end chain hotels will have. Best to ask when reserving.

The staff at check in were very nice and professional

The room wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. Comforter I had on my bed was stained. There was a shelf or something missing from the room so there was a metal thing attached to the floor that we had tripped over several times.

This place is a great value for the price. It is clean and close to Rupp. We stayed here to go to a concert. It’s a short inexpensive Uber to Rupp. There is another hotel in this same area we have stayed before and Red Roof is much cleaner and less shady than that place. Definitely will stay here again if we are going to something at Rupp.

No complaints.

Room was quiet and clean. Shower had a high volume, but pleasingly soft pour. Shower head was high enough for 6+ feet tall person. Bed was level & firm.

No USB plugs, and available outlets were high. One of my devices has a short cord, so I had to use a piece of luggage to elevate the device so it wasn't hanging in air. No free breakfast. Nearby restaurants were all fast food chains.

Easy to get to. Easy check in.

My key stopped working and I got locked out and it was cold. One of my pillows had something black on it so I took it out of the case and it was written on with sharpie…weird. Smelled weird and the comforter had stains and a cigarette burn.

I would say this property has very friendly staff, everything was clean and organized. Everything worked properly.

While everything was fine, the location was kind of tucked away in the back, next to a building I thought was abandoned when really it wasn’t. Also the room is a lot smaller than in the pictures. So not much walking room since the bed took up most of it. But it was a great value so I appreciate my stay.

Professional and nice front desk lady. The property was clean and extremely quiet. My Superior King Room was magnificent! Plenty of space in my room, extra outlets for my cell phones, laptop, etc. Large bed, nice pillows, a lot of TV channels, the floors were clean, the bathroom was excellent and the area was safe and very close to where I needed to go. EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY.

This place was awesome. I was truly IMPRESSED. My room was clean and in excellent condition. I have NO complaints. Easy and quick check-in, polite staff, they have security, the area was safe, the telephone worked, the WIFI was great, there weren't any suspicious people walking around the property, and the property was also clean. I was so impressed I left the maid a good TIP!
