Upon checking in the lady at the front desk was really nice. Once we got up to our room after she gave us instructions on how to get there I noticed that the room smelled clean and appeared to be clean as well. We had no issues trying to figure out how to Use the thermostat for the heat/AC nor did we have any issues trying to use the jet tub.

I do think that for the price point the room was a decent size. However, the jet tub was on the smaller side. Also, I don’t think they should call what they serve for breakfast a continental breakfast. I mean, of course you can get granola on just about every continent, I’m sure And water.

For the price and everything we had went thru getting into town that late in the night just to be put in the hospital for a week was beyond our expectations. The room was huge clean and a big hotub. Wow it was perfect We enjoyed it with much appreciation

I liked it all. We paid for what we got but being so late and being exhausted from our trip and not asking for a room with a hotub and walking in was a surprise We loved it

Price except they are now charging $125 deposit and will only refund you $90. So your paying their cleaning bill!!!

I'm paying a $125 deposit and only getting $90 back. Will never stay here again. It's not a great hotel to begin with. My suggestion ride on down the road to Motel 6 or Super 8. Cheaper and alot nicer!!!

Staff— I fell upon exiting my vehicle. Melissa and Dora were stupendous— called 911 and stayed with me and my husband until they arrived, reassuring us all would be well. Throughout the remainder of our stay, they were very helpful and informative. Our sincerest appreciation to them. Our room was clean, the bed very comfy and the nearby restaurant offered quite deliciously flavored food.

let me start out by saying this, the staff were so welcoming when we arrived! so nice and very personable!! The check in process was a breeze and finding our room was super easy (for my fiancé, I get turned around easy apparently) the room was amazing, very clean, well maintained, etc. The attached restaurant and bar tied the whole thing up! With amazing food, drinks, and atmosphere it just made for an even better stay!!

You could smell cigarette smoke through the halls, but that comes with a hotel that has smoking rooms, so it’s to be expected. The toilets are very low to the ground and flush oddly but it’s nothing horrible haha!

Kay and Melissa were amazing and reassured me that I could check in late. No extra fees just a heads up.

I was told the late checkout fee was $10 but was charged $20. I understand it costs extra just would've been nice to have been told upfront. The property is rundown but it was extremely clean and bug free. Oh the breakfast consisted of a paper bag for on the go.

Quiet hotel located next to the forest. I love this chain of hotels. The room has everything for the comfort of travelers, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Very suitable for a stopover and sightseeing, excellent value for money

Breakfast was just a bag with juice or water, a cereal bar of random choice, a Cinnamon cake from hostess and some other cheap item from local dollar store and only got one in my three night stay. What happened to the choices of oatmeal, muffins, fresh fruit, eggs and such. Or did I book the wrong inn.

The front desk attendant was wonderful I was kinda tired from work so I don't remember her name but she had me laughing gave me good food info a wonderful room me and my wife enjoyed our stay and We Will Be Back..Thank You!

My WiFi wasn't working but it didn't bother me me and the wife had a good night.

I loved everything about our stay , it was very clean and the bed and the bedding was wonderful , I think this is my first choice of staying in Lexington . Best place to stay 😃
