It was clean, the rooms were nice. Location was good. We only seen 2 staff members, but they were okay. Be prepared to hear dogs (I did not travel with my dog this trip, but as a dog owner this didn’t bother me too much, but I know it would some people.

Me and some other people thought breakfast was until 10, it was only until 9. I got there at about 9:15 and missed it. Some other lady was there at 9 and started making a waffle and the worker didn’t even let her finish the waffle she kicked her out, and was pretty rude about it. I was late and took my loss, no biggie.

We checked in late, rain set us back so we arrived around 11:30 pm. My husband and I we welcomed by the strong smell of marijuana in the front vestibule, but not desk clerk. When he arrived he was very quiet and certainly not what I would consider front desk material. Spoke very briefly and to the point for any questions we had. Can I say he was busted, I believe he was the welcoming smell and we interrupted him! Bathroom floor tile either has a spot from remodel that doesn’t come up, or floor was not washed properly! Other than those two things, place was great!

This property is a GREAT value for the price! It's in a convenient location, even for people like us who were driving instead of flying. The rooms were clean and the facilities were all working, minus of course the pool because that season is over. The gym was small but VERY clean and well maintained. The breakfast offerings were also very fresh and overall very good for a lower priced hotel. The pet fee was also only $25, which was a lifesaver for us on this trip!

Honestly, there's not a single issue we had on this trip. We hit really bad traffic and didn't get to the hotel until after 3am and we were still able to check-in. The staff was truly so nice and helpful!

It has a good appearance and the lobby/breakfast areas were clean and in good repair. The housekeeping did a good job preparing the room.

The lobby public bathroom had an outhouse smell and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. The LVP flooring in the room had an area (long joint between boards) where it was coming apart and looked like someone tried to fill it (not a professional job). The shower floor pan had a crack completely across it and the LVP flooring around the toilet was loose and you can feel it move as you walk on it.

the horse decor in the room, the view of the pool from our room was nice outside, modern furnishings in the room, the heat/AC unit was quiet fan, nice trees all around the area, nice staff when asked for extra linens and needed things.

The first TV remote did not work, the second one I got from the desk the sound buttons didn't work but we made do with one set volume sound, the pool could have been cleaner of bugs/debris-and if there had been a net we would have scooped it out. No bathtub :(

Fast & Easy check in, many entrances available making parking to room access easy, only 2 floors so no going 5 levels up hauling luggage, loved that! Room had trendy modern decor, beds had super comfy mattresses, full body mirror in room and to top it off a lighted vanity mirror in bathroom. Air worked fantastic. Breakfast had many options and was so convenient. For the price compared to surrounding hotels this was steal! 100% recommend!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Only con I noticed was convenient store area was poorly stocked. Didn’t affect me though.

The beds were comfy. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. They served breakfast. It was good and had many options.

My only complaint would be they advertised the airport shuttle. But due to a horse racing event, they didn't do airport shuttle that weekend. So I had to Uber. Although the Track Park is across the street from the airport the traffic wasn't bad. Not sure why they wouldn't shuttle to the airport

Did like the room and that it wasn't carpeted because I brought my two dogs. That was great.

Noisy halls late at night. People were in the hallways until 2-3am which kept causing my dogs to bark. It also didn't say at booking to let the hotel know about your dogs so we were put on the 2nd floor. There isn't an elevator either and I had no idea where the breakfast was. One of the bathroom lights didn't work either. Room could've used more lighting.

Very clean, and modernized. Staff was friendly, a great variety for hot breakfast, not just muffins and toast. We checked in and out easily. Staff was helpful, and even helped us out since we were from Florida we needed an ice scraper

Key cards consistently have issues. We had to get new key card at least once a day, sometimes twice a day.
