The property was perfectly clean as I always experience at Fairfield Inns and Suites. This trip what set our experience over the top was the employees!! We had this trip planned for months but never expected a week in advance that I would shatter my leg, one emergency surgery, and a second surgery a day later. As soon as we arrived the reception desk asked if we would like to use a wheelchair? It made getting up to our room so much easier and with so much less pain. We went out to dinner and when we came back for the evening the wheelchair was still available. My injury happened so quickly prior to our trip that we were unable to properly accommodate for my new mobility issues but your staff stepped right in and made it the best stay possible!! Thank you!

The property was perfect

The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of food. The hot food was fresh and tasty. But more than anything, was the front desk staff. My husband checked us in, and he said she was the friendliest and most welcoming person he’d met at a front desk. I experienced the same with the manager, Taquila(?), when I called 3 days later, as I had been charged first by Booking.com and then by the hotel. She was pleasant and vowed to take care of the issue, telling me it might take 3-5 days, but actually accomplished the same day on my credit card.

Everything was what I expected, some a bit more.

The property was clean, easy to navigate, not too noisy, and a great location for the airport. Staff was amazing! We were there for a funeral and it really brightened my day how they interacted with my husband, baby, and myself.

No complaints.

We stayed on a weekend and it was very quiet, I loved that they had full size bodywash/ shampoo/ conditioner hanging on the shower wall , Heated pool, hot breakfast bar and next door to cracker barrel

I didn't dislike anything about the place

Location of handicap rooms. The first thing you see in an elevator is do not use in case of fire. It is hard to get a wheel chair down stairs. Also put handicap rooms near elevators instead of end of the hall.

Location was great for Rupp Arena. Facility was very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and spacious-very clean. (King studio). Dogs are allowed and we were placed conveniently at the end of the hall with no traffic outside the door. Staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Great hot breakfast!

The staff was friendly! Everyone was very helpful with a good attitude. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety. Pool was clean.

The jacuzzi was warm but the bubbles did not work.

It was good I wish the breakfast had some non dairy options since my daughter is lactose free and more fruit options and gluten options as well but overall it was a good breakfast

I wished the cards on the door read better and I didn't have to go down lobby and asked for the cards to be redone so I could go into our room

The breakfast is fine. A good selection of items. Excellent coffee. Would like to see it extended to 9:30. The staff is very friendly.

This is the first time my room wasn't immaculate. There were beverage spills on the cabinet doors and AC unit.

The staff person when we checked in was great. The room was nice, and breakfast was pretty good.

In the morning, we had to wait and call for assistance - no one (staff and/or manager) really paid attention to the front desk. It was a bit ridiculous to be charged for parking. This is a deal breaker on returning, just on principle.
