comfortable, clean and modern hotel. warm welcome at check in, great bartender, good food and a spacious room.

we travelled with dogs and had called ahead to check the pet policy, $50 flat fee and $20 per night. at checkout we were informed by the reception team that this was per dog. we left with a $450 bill for one night (included some dinner in the snow storm) but a bad taste. this was the only hotel on our trip from CA to NY that did this … every other property charged a pet fee per room… and left me feeling ripped off

Great location - with plenty of shops & restaurants to walk to. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Loved the citrus water available in the lobby. Very cool hotel - would definitely return.

Would have been nice to have one extra sitting/accent chair to sit in along with more hangers and closet options. Also add some coffee/tea in the lobby for a couple of hours in the morning - the coffee provided in the rooms wasn't very good as they usually aren't in most hotels.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are very modern and have great amenities

The hotel front desk staff are honestly aloof and do not really provide hospitality like is expected at a higher end hotel like this one. We booked a suite and the coffee maker did not work, we tried to call to the front desk multiple times without any answer and I feel like for the price point, the service and entire experience should be impeccable.

Very clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. Great location right next to restaurants and upscale shopping. We paid extra to have breakfast included in the rate and that was an excellent value, as the breakfast was delicious and generous, with attentive table service.

I didn't know I was supposed to get breakfast vouchers at check-in, so didn't ask and didn't have one the first morning which caused a little confusion, but the staff sorted it out quickly.

Great hotel, beautiful with modern amenities and in a nice convenient location close to many restaurants and shops. Love and appreciate how pet friendly they are and very nice staff. Great gym, filtered water station.

Would have been nice to have coffee service out in the morning with real cream (instead of having to go to the bar and wait for staff and ask for one).

The location at the Summit at Fritz Farm is a great one, close to the center hub of Lexington. It is on Nicholasville Road that will quickly take you to downtown Lex and circle road that will take you in any direction you need to go. In addition, some of Lexington's great restaurants are within walking distance at the Fritz Farm, or a quick drive away. Also, free self parking and great shopping.

Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was eclectic and quiet. The restaurant was directly under us however you couldnt hear or smell anything at all from our room. Easy to shop, eat and relax in The Summit, which is nice if you don't want to leave the property. A short drive to other activities.

Price was 75% more expensive than one day later due to ballgame in town. We loved the area, however we weren't able to find a Lyft, uber or taxi when trying to return around 10pm from our activities on a Saturday night. Not the hotel's fault, but something to keep in mind if you are leaving the property. We ended up walking 4 miles back to the hotel.

The staff were exceptional, exhibiting warm hospitality. The location was ideal. We will definitely return.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping services fell short in maintaining daily cleanliness during my five-day stay, missing two days. However, the late-night staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and apologetic attitude.

Cleanliness of room was great. The availability and responsiveness of staff was excellent. Convenient location with plenty to do in immediate area, close to multiple restaurants and stores.

Noise control between rooms was a bit annoying, can easily hear guests in neighboring rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located and surrounded by excellent commercial infrastructure. The front desk staff was engaging and helpful. Its common space and room decor were attractive and the entire facility was clean. I will gladly stay in the Origin/Lexington again.

We did not encounter anything negative.
