They staff was AWESOME! So friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in till the moment we checked out. The location was perfect, close to everything. We come every April to go to Keeneland Race Track. This was by far our best stay in years. We will definitely be back next year.

I honestly don't not have a bad thing to say about our stay. If anything, I would say give the morning clerk more help to handle the hotel guests that think the breakfast buffet is free.

Arriving late in the evening, it was great to have a bar and restaurant with cordial staff right in the lobby! My steak was cooked perfectly, too! Room was very nice, very clean, and well laid out. Keurig with good regular coffees was great because I drink coffee at night. Bottled waters in the room were appreciated, too. The welcome sign on the TV screen was a nice, personal touch!

The man at the front desk was very nice. Actually, I had scheduled the wrong date on booking.com, and it was very helpful to help me correct it. The nightstand connected to the bed I came off the wall when my wife was standing there and set a drink on it which coming out the wall made her go to the ground I reported it till then no need for EMT I put ice on it the next morning they told me they would contact me on this matter so until then stay tuned have not heard nothing

Did not eat the breakfast. Room nice. Staff very nice.

1.) The Keurig machine would not work. Fortunately, the staff let us take coffee from the breakfast buffet to our room. 2.) I was never given a receipt. I was told that it would come from Booking.com. I have not received a receipt for our stay. Please send one to my email. Thank you.

The front desk lady was rude, unhelpful. If I had to write a review on this hotel based on this staff member, it would be horrible. I reached out to the corporate office, and they spoke with the hotel, and the situation was fixed. This young lady at the front desk on third shift needs reeducating at the very least. She was rude and made my family’s check in a nightmare. The rest of the property and staff were great.

It was great, the staff was great, answered all my questions. Location was great everything was close by. Right off the highway.

There was only one thing I didn't like . I had a loud crying kid next door. The walls should be little thicker.

The staff was great and helpful, rooms were clean, the bed slept wonderful. There was an indoor pool and exercise room.

Everything was great. I can't complain about anything, except the breakfast was not included but I knew that before I booked the hotel.

location was great. breakfast was good no complaints. food was nice and hot and plenty of it. staff was nice too.

The pillows on the beds were bad. I went and bought one to use there. That is the only complaint.

Made sure at check in we weren't next to the elevator. The hostess was extremely helpful and friendly

Excellent professional and friendly staff. Very accommodating. Great shopping located just across the way.

There is only one ice machine on each floor. We were at the complete opposite, and as the ice machine making it long walks.
