Breakfast was good. Room was clean and quiet, especially important since our room faced the highway. Acceptable water pressure in the shower. Water was nice and hot also.

This is odd, but there were two dead wasps on the floor of the 4th floor elevator lobby. You just know there's a nest somewhere that may prove problematic later as the weather warms. Not a fan of the coffee machine for hot water at breakfast. Hard to make it stop, wife's oatmeal bowl overfilled, burned her fingers a bit.

I love love love Holiday Inn Express! Always clean and the breakfast has wonderful good choices and things are stocked. Thank you for making me feel like I am home..

This time there was a large sports team that was staying at hotel. I will make sure to remember to ask for a second floor or higher level for my room. The first floor hallway was a little noisy because of this team. Not the fault of the hotel, however.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good too! We enjoyed the fitness center and the pool.

My only complaint would be that the pool could have been a little warmer. It’s heated. Just not quite warm enough for December.

Everything was absolutely perfect and the hotel was stunningly clean and incredibly comfortable. Tamika at the front desk was so kind and quickly treated us like old friends. Liz at the breakfast bar was super helpful and had everything so nice each morning at breakfast. I will 100% stay here again on the future!

We got to the hotel an hour early and asked if they could check us in. The lady at the desk checked us right in. We were super excited with how clean this facility was. Very nice staff and a very well kept hotel. We will be staying here when we visit again.

The was only one issue and that it was a little pricy. But however it was worth the extra money. When we visit Winchester again. We will definatly be staying here again. With all the ammenities it was worth the price!

Lobby and room were very clean. Staff is very kind, helpful and informative. Free breakfast was delicious with so many selections of food. They even kept the breakfast area open a little longer to accommodate everyone.

This was not a deal breaker, but there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the deadbolt on the door wouldn't engage. I felt safe in the hotel, so not a big deal.

Everything was fresh and clean. Bed was comfy. I was worried about highway noise but didn't hear a thing. And the service was so friendly. Especially Jennifer who checked us in. I hope that's the right name because she was wonderful. Breakfast was also good.

Right off the highway I 64. Visited family in Winchester and a few bourbon distilleries in Lexington.

The cleanliness, the friendliness of staff, the breakfast was pretty good too!

Difficult to find. The walk to Applebees took me through the rear of some retail spaces and it seemed a bit questionable.

The lady who was serving breakfast was friendly and welcoming. The location of the motel is hard to get to. U have to drive through store parking lots to get there and can't see it from the road. Gps drops you off at tj max.
