Reservation for the room through booking.com was incorrect. We reserved a room for non smoking with a microwave and pool. Instead we got smoking, no microwave, and no pool. However the staff went above and beyond to correct the mistake made by booking.com. They switched us to a non smoking room, brought us an extra microwave, and a new tv. 10 out of 10 for the Staff

Will not be going through booking.com ever again. Lied about the reservation and facilities at the hotel just to sell us the room.

The location and price

The towel service. If you miss housekeeping because you had to leave the hotel early, you out of luck when you get back. I called the front desk to get towels and I was told they don’t have any because the laundry was closed. So I had to dry my self with wet used towels from my morning shower

It's nice and quiet and pretty well kept. Good job to housekeeping for keeping the rooms looking good. While breakfast wasn't anything super special, including free breakfast is always appreciated and helped elevate our stay.

Bed was excellent. Room was nice. All the staff were exceptional when I needed to extend my stay another day. And being just far enough away from I75 it was quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast could have been better. But a biscuit while driving to work was good.

Very nice room not bad price very friendly not loud parties going on in the rooms nobody bothered me.

The last room I stayed in didn't have no refrigerator or microwave

We were looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay while on a long trip. This was the perfect place! Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Room was of good size and well-appointed. My wife's service dog was welcomed. The price was right for what we needed.

We did not have any complaints. We initially had some reservations when we saw that the facility also offered smoking rooms (thought that practice was long gone) but there was no smoke odor detectable in the non-smoking rooms nor common-use areas. We now understand this is a Kentucky law issue and not unusual.

The location was nice next to a gas station and McDonald’s and not far from downtown. Got what I needed a bed a bathroom and clean mini fridge.

My wife and I went to a convention in Lexington, KY. The rooms in town were out of our preferred budget. We were pleasantly pleased by the clean quiet facilities. The staff was attentive, professional, and friendly. It's just outside of Lexington, but totally worth the 20 minute drive to downtown. No frills per se, just a very nice place to lay your head.

Bed was great. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful

The breakfast was not even a continental. Just yogurt and coffee. The orange and apple juice machine just pushed water out.
