Rooms were nice and bed comfortable but the decor is sooooo dark, as is the atrium. But I’m not a fan of urban chic so there’s that. Check out the dark photo of the horse in the room. So hard to see.

I didn’t receive my free breakfast. Went down but was handed a menu and told the buffet had a charge. I said I thought breakfast was included in my rate. She called the desk and they said no. I didn’t have my phone with me and didn’t pursue it. Checked when I got home and, yes, breakfast had been included. I wrote the property but no one has responded to date.

The room and hotel were beautiful on the inside. Walking distance to a good Mexican restaurant. The cookies were delicious and warm. The pool was clean. The atrium was super cool.

Apple Maps brought us to the back of the hotel which was in a bad part of town. However, it did have a locked gate. Our coffee maker was missing the basket but staff didn’t understand what we meant. The boy at the front was on his cellphone when we went to the desk to ask a question and didn’t bother to see what we needed.

The hotel is truly unique. What stood out the most during our stay was the abundance of well-placed furniture, which added to the comfort and convenience of the space. The room itself was impressively spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. I also loved how clean and well-maintained the bathroom was, which added to the overall positive experience.

Very comfortable beds. Beautiful, roomy bathroom. Didn't use the shower, but looked amazing. Appreciated having a refrigerator. Beautiful decor in the lobby, elevator area, and rooms.

No complaints. I will ask for a room closer to elevators if I return due to my mobility issues.

Big room and bathroom, everything very clean and organized. The staff of the hotel were really kind and attentive. The hotel lobby and restaurant are beautifull.

The breakfast was a little expensive and simple, besides that, there's nothing that i havent liked.

Partly our fault, but when we came down the next morning for breakfast, we saw what seemed to be a continental breakfast for guests. Neither one of us saw a sign or anything saying it wasn't free. To our surprise, it was $15.00 each. It's not worth it for what most offer included with stay.

They have a great breakfast. The rooms are always clean, love that it has a restaurant and bar right there on site. The girl that has been there both times we have checked in she has been super sweet and helpful.

The last two times we have stayed there, the maid in the morning will try to open the door even before checkout.

The stay was perfect. The place Under renovation but where they don't find anything out of anybody working. While we were there, but it was exactly what we were looking for a comfortable bed. And a jetted bathtub for relaxing the muscles very worth it

This is hands down the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at for the value. very beautiful decor and excellent staff. Pool area was clean. Room was clean. And warm cookies at check in

I stay at Double Tree quite often. It's my weekend getaway when I just need a break from the world. I absolutely love the staff here. From the moment I check in they make me feel so welcome and even remember me. The bar area is fantastic. The bartender has been here for many years and remembers me every time. The rooms a very spacious and comfy. I highly recommend staying here
