Location was great to check out the college. It is about 1/2 renovated and we were in the newer half. It was very nicely redone. Great variety at breakfast. Very very clean facility. Super nice staff. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The pool is has a very excessive amount of chlorine comparative to the tiny size of the pool. Hot tube either doesn’t work or was still being installed. Sausage and egg server doesn’t keep the food hot (meat was cold 2 days in a row). Also we had a drawer on the furniture that just would not stay push in which was kinda of annoying. But other than these small annoyances the place was awesome and I would definitely stay again.

Check in person was very nice and we had no issues. She was there when we traveled through 2 months earlier. Very clean place and all the staff we have met are very pleasant and make the experience great.

Manager was training somebody new in when we were checking out. He seemed to be bent on impressing the new person that he was in charge instead of making the new person feel welcome and she would get the hang of the process soon. The Mrs. "whispered good luck" when he was out of earshot. Got a smile out of her! A little kindness goes a long way sometimes.

Loved that the hotel is right off the highway. Hotel was clean. Room was very quiet. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The pool was great, but the door that leads outside would not shut. The inside of the door was iced over. Would have enjoyed the pool a lot more, if the room had not been so cold. Breakfast was not great. Yogurt was expired. Gravy was water. Overall not a lot of choices.

Breakfast was good really appreciate the “high rise toilet”. Short toilets are hard on the knees for some of us. Newly decorated nice colors and design

Bathroom sink had crud around the drain that needs a brush to clean and the drain hole on inside sink wasn’t clean either. Need a larger hand soap like the shower soap

Perfect location, close to everything.

One of the girls on the soccer team girls had a service dog and was clearly identified was asked by a staff member to take the dog away from the tables in the breakfast area and move to the lounge area. Not sure if this is against disabilities policy as there were no signs up that no dogs were allowed in that area, especially a service dog.

Staff was extraordinarily pleasant and informative I also left a pair of shoes, my favorite in the room, and they shipped them to me immediately at a very, very fair price.

Nothing negative other than the ice machine on our floor of the second floor wasn’t working but that happens

Clean, comfortable & quite place. Nice beds. Definetly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is excellent, even after check-in we were allowed to grub food from the dining room (fruits and yogurts), and they keep replenishing it for us. Thanks for that.

Nothing not to like here

It was conveniently located and easy to check in. Our room had nice extra features like a Jacuzzi bathtub. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very accommodating. Check out was easy.

The air conditioner in our room was quite noisy.

There was a football team (flag football) staying there at the same time. I think the staff was a little surprised by the amount of food that was being wasted. Nothing was replaced, so we ended up not eating there. The area was a mess, nothing the staff could do.

The location was very convenient for travel on I71. There were lots of options for food nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent with great variety offered.

I was hoping for a vending machine with snacks for a late night treat. Only vending was beverages.
