The staff were so understanding! We had medical assessments for our two toddlers at different times and they allowed us a generous check out time so we wouldn't have to try to keep kids calm in a small waiting room.

The only negatives were the carpet was wet when we arrived from a good cleaning and we worried the kids would catch cold from damp feet. Also, took a long time for shower to get warm, about 12 mins. But great staff and nice breakfast!

Check-in was really easy, the staff were very friendly. We were told they were short staffed so the room we booked was in another building...NO BIG DEAL to us. The room was very clean and we were within walking distance of a couple of stores and Cracker Barrel. We would definitely stay again. James, the front desk clerk was very friendly and made our stay comfortable.

Nothing. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again.

The front desk staff weren’t all very friendly and some made you feel like it was an inconvenience to ask a question also while there housekeepers were rude felt it was ok to talk about us in the breakfast area seeing as though we cleaned up are own room by choice yes but talking about us wasn’t acceptable Also common areas weren’t very clean

We s here because of recent reviews and how close it was to EKU for Special Olympics. The staff was awesome. Everyone was nice and helpful. Even when the lady got overwhelmed with the lobby becoming fully so quickly. She didn’t miss a beat. Very nice and quick. I do hope they pay their staff decent pay. cleaning. There was someone cleaning the whole time we was there. Cleaning staff was nice. I was seeing staff circulating the halls or outside cleaning. Breakfast was good. There was a sweet older lady taking care of it for us. She busted her butt keeping things filled for us. There is enough restaurants near by you have a choice. Our room. We got double Queen. I forgot pictures of the room but it was clean. Bedding it white. Mural on walls behind bed. Pillows and bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small but clean as well. Room temperature was pleasant. Air worked great. Clean and comfort with things in 10 minute drive to go eat. Great hotel but mostly the staff was great, nice, and easy to talk to. The only disappointment thing I have was the pool wasn’t opened. My son was so anxious to swim while there. They were working on getting the pool opened but our stay ended before that happened. Again not a issue with me but if my son had to say. It was. 😁 Kids Our stay was June 2nd-4th.

The staff was exceptional. Rachel came to the car and introduced herself and offered cookie and made a fresh pot of coffee. Someone else brought out a luggage carrier and checked our room before we got to the room.

Great location for us because we were there to visit family in the area.

Small items—room could have used more detailed vacuuming. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Design and Midernization—Small bathroom. Shower could be modernized, no tub. Limited counter space around sink area. No closet, shelves. Exterior, hanging space.

Outstanding place of location. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and always refilling coffee and food. Also great restaurants near.

Only thing we need to let them know to clean your room.

Got there late and my reservation through booking .com had got messed up the super nice guy at the front desk worked really hard to help me get it straightened out. Josh will never know how much that meant to me for his help he went above what he had to do to help me. Not many people like Josh left in this work. The rest of the facilities were extra nice also.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be back. it was comfortable, extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was simple but good. the towels were bigger than a lot of hotels and they gave us plenty of them for our stay. We always have to ask for more but it was stocked well for us.

we had no complaints. The only issue that I noticed was that the toilet was a bit low which could be an issue for people with limited mobility, but I am sure that have handicap options that would be better. For us it was fine.

Location, room was spacious, staff was very friendly! The mural in the wall in our room was gorgeous as well. Bed was extra comfy, bathroom was nice.
