The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The clerk who checked us in was great. He had just finished with a customer who was upset and not very nice. He handled that issue very well.

A male came to my door at midnight and stated there was a noise issue reported. He asked me to open my door, which I refused twice. I told him I was calling the front desk. He answered the phone at the front desk and repeated the same dialog. My sister and I were watching a comedy and we laughed too much, hence the noise. The next room had kids who stomped and jumped. I would have appreciated it if the clerk had phoned my room. There was no need to come to my door and then tell me to open my door. I was not comfortable with that entire scene. This set off my sister's anxiety.

Loved that we could bring our dog , the pool, and that breakfast is offered

Didn't like that we extended our stay for a day proceeding our original stay and they were full except for a room that had one less bed so some of our people had to sleep on the floor and they wouldn't even give us an additional blanket or pillows to try to make it more comfortable even though we asked...but the room we went into through our original booking was perfect for what we needed

The GPS sent me in circles. It was okay once I was on the right road to Red Roof. The clerk was gracious. The room was clean and attractive. The tv, fridge, microwave and coffee pot all worked. I haven't had that luck lately. I would definitely stay again.

I was a little apprehensive at first. The grass was very over grown. The container for dog poop bags was laying on its side. Cigarette butts around the doors. Inside was nice

The Manager Faith, night desk manager John, and day manager Diamond handled and questions that arose during our stay especially Faith with true Red Roof business class! Very professional and up front. I have had to deal with the public for over 40 years and it's a very tough job day in and day out. But believe you me a manager is one who can make or break your company so Red Roof give Faith a raise she went over and well above her job. We ended up staying 3 nights. You were a beacon in a frigid blast of arctic air. Our camper rt now has no heat, no water, no electric, etc. We are limping camper Sofia back to MI. God's blessings The Good News Golden Girls. Believe you me we will continue with Red Roofs and Booking.com. 😄💖🙏

Breakfast maybe half hour later. I can never get myself up early. I'm to old. Getting to be 70. Can't sleep at night. Up til 4am sleep in late

Head clerk, Marqeta, was an absolute pleasure and made us feel so welcomed. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our fur-baby enjoyed his first time on a road trip and hotel stay. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The indoor pool could have been a little warmer 😆

Staff was very friendly, location was perfect for what I needed, prices were unbeatable. Located next to the police station. Very clean.

there wasn’t much to choose from at the breakfast bar but overall it was OK. They had bread you could toast, and then cereals you could choose from and they had milk, orange juice and apple juice out.

Staff was excellent! Justin was great! We enjoyed chatting with everybody! The rooms were clean! Cleaning attendants left plenty of towels while we were out for the day!

Sad that the pool was closed for maintenance & ice machines were broke but they said they had recently hired a new maintenance guy so hopefully those things will be fixed soon.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Heated indoor pool was a fun place for the kids. Overall, nice place for families or business travel.

This site does not serve a full, hot breakfast. However, it was a complete Continental breakfast the included waffles.

Your location is conveniently close to both the highway and my family that I'm visiting.The hotel is old, but it's clean.Staff is pleasanteven when we checked in late at night

The location is old and the flooring is cracked or coming up in quite a few places

Staff was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. Cleaning staff was also very accommodating. They cleaned when I asked and didn't when I asked.

The room is close to the freeway and traffic noise was a bit loud during the day. My room also was beside the mechanical room which added a bit to the noise.
