The breakfast was delicious!! Didn’t use the pool on this stay but will next time. It looked inviting!!!

I know it isn’t the hotels fault but there is no fast food options in this location. We did find out the next day that all we had to do was get on the interstate and go to the next exit. My husband did even go ask the desk attendant all he suggested was the Mexican restaurant that was across the street, Subway or the pizza restaurant which is all that was available there. He could have mentioned that the other stuff was down the road. We ended up at the Mexican restaurant which was good but really wanted something fast and not Subway.

I had never stayed in this town before and was concerned, but based on the reviews, I booked the room and was pleasantly surprised. It is an older hotel, but the room was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable and the price was out of this world. So affordable for everything I got. The staff was amazing.

There was nothing that I didn’t like

I liked that there were several doors to get into to be close to my room. I liked being on the bottom floor with my kids. I loved that the pool room felt very very warm although I didn’t have time to use it. I didn’t have time to use the exercise room but I was there for the room and breakfast not the extra. I enjoyed the location. Was very easy to get to town.

The bed wasn’t as comfy of my past stays at quality inns. But I was happy with how clean everything was! And the breakfast saved me money on food. I loved my stay I wished I could have extended it. That’s about it. I liked the property.

Reviews took us there, along with location and price.

The TV wasn’t the best but we didn’t really mind. We couldn’t find the auto-off timer. The waffle maker temp needs to be turned up, or the length of cooking time needs to be extended. We were advised “the guy” had been there the previous day (I think she said), and extended the cooking time. I do t know about such devices…. Is it possible it wasn’t warmed up yet by the time we came for breakfast?

The hotel looked and smelled clean, without much smell of harsh cleaners. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pet fee was $25. Check in was easy. I would stay here again when I’m passing through.

The breakfast options are the typical sugar, carbs and processed stuff at hotel breakfasts. Having an egg option would bring it up a notch. The coffee was good.

Just ok. Went between 8:30-9am. A couple of days no fruit, they kept food filled in & hot & fresh. Everyone was very friendly rm 116 was kept clean but it did have a moldy smell. You could see a water stain on floor that looked like from bathtub. Also check TV it’s about to go out. Over all good place to stay & will use it again when traveling thru. Pool was great!

This Inn is clean, well kept, room was excellent, breakfast was very good each and every morning!

The only negative, expressed by my dear friend, is the Inn has no coin operated washing/drying machines for the guests. The nearest laundramat is about 20 min away in Richmond, KY. Not an issue for me but my friend was staying in the area longer and needed wash done.

Ben helped me tremendously by arranging an early check-in and a first floor room, both to make my 84 year old mother's stay a little easier. Also, the room and the bathroom were SPOTLESS. The proximity to Berea College was excellent, too.

Not a complaint, but an observation... there's no way those tiny shampoo bottles are enough for a double occupany room. Extra was requested and given (thanks again to Ben at the front desk).

Room was on first floor, easy access, quiet, Easy upgrade to later check out. Staff assistance to reprogram room keys occurred quickly.

Room initially smelled of smoke, likely from some one outside of building smoking near ventilation system. Not enough towels for only room updates every 3 days stay. Especially for women with long hair. Need cleared explanation that room keys will deprogram if left next to phones,

Our rooms (we booked two) were extremely clean! Literally spotless. The hotel was renovated recently and in great condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. She remembered my name when I checked out the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient location and great price!

The hallways had a slightly musty smell likely from the indoor pool. It was not overbearing or negative, just mildly noticeable. The common areas and our rooms were extremely clean, among the cleanest we’ve seen, and we travel frequently, so that’s the most important thing.
