Breakfast was very good. Room size was great.

Did not clean room. I ask 3 times and was told they would make sure my room would be cleaned the next day. Then they told me, "since COVID they only clean rooms on Wednesdays and Saturdays". I check again on Friday night and was assure by the cleaning manager they would clean my room the next day (Saturday). Again, on Saturday the room was still not cleaned. When I ask the front desk lady about not cleaning my room she stated, "I don't know, I am not in the house cleaning". Checked in on Tuesday and finally on Sunday I stopped the cleaning lady and she told me I was not on her schedule for cleaning. She called her supervisor and did clean the room. Will try the Holiday Inn just down from Sleep inn.

This is the second year in a row. I’ve been there. The staff was the same, and they are really, really super nice and very, very helpful. My room was absolutely spotless, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless, the shower pressure was great, and the towels were very lovely. Did not eat breakfast, but it looked really good. I will be staying there again next year for the Rock the Crater ride!

What would put this place over the top is to have the little individual Keurig in the room. The coffee in the room was not good at all, and the little Keurig give a better cup of coffee. I know there an expense, but it would make my experience better! Anyway, I just went downstairs to the dining area to get my coffee, and it was perfectly good there.

Nice hotel and great front desk staff. The room was clean, and the shower was very nice. Beds were comfortable also. Breakfast was delicious. They had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy (which was icing on the cake) and you can make your own waffle. Also, they had the pastries and bread and bagels with all the fixins like butter, jelly, honey, and cream cheese. The ladies running the dining area were very nice and cheerful at 7:30 am. I would stay here again if in the area and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was nothing we didn't like..

We stayed at the Sleep Inn for a funeral in SW VA and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the rooms are. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! "Hot breakfast" is key for us when travelling, and this hotel did not disappoint. There were plenty of food and beverage items to pick from. If you leave hungry it's your own fault!

Not the hote's fault at all, but we were disappointed that we didn't see a bear since their is a bear warning sign on the property.

I've always had a wonderful time there and sleep was very pleasant and restful. I enjoy the morning breakfast but there should be cereals offered so the younger crowd has a choice, boiled eggs that need to come back as well as packages of quick grits, and bacon alternating with sausage. The scrambled eggs are a bit to diluted with milk also.

The stay was nice, room and property were clean. Hotel is up on a hill, away from highway road noise. That was nice.

Wife and I travel a little. We usually get at a hotel 30 minutes to an hour early. She wouldn't let us check in until check in time. Most hotels allow us to check in a little early. I get it, we will still go back but I didn't like that.

The room was AMAZING!! Everything was spotless and the décor was so current and peaceful. It was a really quiet environment and conveniently located near a lot of restaurant choices and a quick drive to the Cumberland Gap Visitor Center.

We were really disappointed with the breakfast. The waffle maker left the waffles completely raw in the center, and the person who normally prepared the hot parts of the breakfast was out sick. I totally understand that, but if you advertise "hot breakfast" something should be hot.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was clean and refilled when empty. Several different options to choose from.

The last night there was loud music and people talking loud sounded like a party was still going on at 12:30am. Other than that everything else was fine and all the other nights were quiet.

Beds were very comfortable and we had an extra large room. Very nice

The Continental breakfast not that great tasting but the staff at this location were fantastic. Also had a hard time finding the hotel with GPS it kept trying to take us into a trailer park. Had to call the location for directions

The location was excellent- up, away from the main street, surrounded by trees. The room and hotel was very clean.

as in most hotels, the walls are thin and we could heat the tvs in the neighboring rooms. Inexplicably, there was also a dog barking nonstop at bedtime.
