The pine inn is not only clean but its comfortable. With white walls and nice carpets your not afraid to take your shoes off and walk on. The ground its self even isnt hard concrete like flooring its wood. As if you went back in time and stood in your bedroom as a kid. It's quiet also, and lightly populated in the area. If you don't mind an hour or sos drive to gatlinburg staying hear would get you away from the rackets of tourist attractions. The rooms have nice lightly colored walls and it doesn't seem trampled on by the average persons disrespectful or careless behaviors. Tho, their is some pencil on the walls, and some unfinished sanded paint, I get the feeling that their upkeep is constantly ongoing. Theirs also some boardgames in the lobby, which is a nice touch. and that children have stayed hear. It seems to be a locals spot, which can always be an unforseable issue in any hotel anywhere. Tho I can't say I've had any issue. Theirs also a usable kitchen which is kept clean to which you handle your own dishes. And a dining area also that seats 6 people. With a kurig. Theirs also a grocery store and dg with in walking distance. The whole towns with in walking distance. All and all id totally recommend this hotel to stay at for a few days over the other options in the area. The drive should be delt with. ~ITS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR UP AGAINST ~

The facility is clean & smelled nice. The beds are comfortable. You have access to a full kitchen which is very convenient especially if you like to cook. There is a dinning area for you to be able to sit down and eat at a table. The rooms are spacious. There is activities or toys available for your children. The TV has a wide variety of streaming applications available. It’s located in a convenient location. Walking distance to downtown pineville & a short drive to Middlesboro. It’s located in a safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly. They are very accommodating and responsive.
I don’t have any thing that I don’t like about the property.

The place it's self was great. Clean, cosey rooms with white walls that made the rooms feet really comfortable.
Their was rapey ass guy in their that dresses in a police outfit says he's a police officer but he wasn't. Then he's hurting the girl in the other room. And she's screaming and crying. It was surreal. I don't think the owner knows how to handle it. And the drugs they used were in the air. And they also have other people frequent it.

Great location for us hiking the Cumberland Gap and visiting family. Roughly 15 minutes away from everywhere we went in the bell county area. I loved how easy it was to get into the room they just send you a code it’s super simple. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great.
The room could have been a little cleaner, there was still a little bit of trash in the drawer from the people before us not a big deal to me at all though.

Prior to arrival, the host texted door codes. The room was large and comfortable and the entire facility was clean. The area felt safe; the sheriff’s department is right across the street. There is a shared kitchen and breakfast area.
We didn’t see a single other guest or employee during our stay, but 7 guestrooms sharing a single bathroom might have been a challenge if the property had been fully booked. It worked out fine for us. The building is quite close to the street and our room faced the street, so we could hear traffic, but it was mostly quiet. It would have been nice to have some control over the thermostat and there were a lot of air fresheners masking old odors.

Everything was very clean. It's a convenient location. Keyless entry was the best and made my trip so much less stressful regarding my arrival time. I was also pleased with how comfortable the bed was because I have back issues, but I slept great. Even my EXTREMELY picky, hard to impress daughter was impressed.
Nothing. I can honestly say there was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

The spaciousness, the peace and quiet. The comfort of the room was amazing...
The fact that the downstairs door you had to punch in a code to get out, yet the door to outside stairs was open, anyone could have gotten in but yet had to use a pass code to get out the main door. We also closed the door to the outside stairs. The shower was awful as far as space and shower pressure

Very conveniently located in a beautiful area. I enjoy camping, but the Pine Mtn. Inn provides hospitality, comfort, and amenities at an exceptional bargain when respite is needed. I’ll be back with anticipatory excitement and appreciation for the accommodations.

I have to say I was skeptical at first, but once I arrived there I was blown away. it has the feel of a cozy bed and breakfast inn. the beds and linens were amazing, probably the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time, I definitely didn’t want to leave. It was so quiet the entire duration of my stay. again I was truly impressed and will definitely be staying there again.
To be honest I can’t think of anything I didn’t like, the owner is a very nice and inviting guy, he is truly making the inn a best in class property
