The location was perfect for us as we were traveling across contry. The desk clerk was friendly and respectful. The price was fair. Everything in the room was in working condition. The king mattress was comfortable.

The breakfast selections were very limited. So we just grabbed a couple of granola bars and a cup of coffee. The room was basically clean but could use a more thorough cleaning and handyman once over. For example, the bathroom tile and caulking was discolored, needing to be replaced and recaulked, bathroom needs to be repainted, baseboards cleaned, front room door repainted and freshened up.

I just don't like staying in the far back of the hotel' It's scare, after dark when your out walking your dog before you go to bed. Last time I had a man approach me asking me where the ice machine was at and I was all the way in the back where the gravel was at, with my dog. and he was not a guest, I walked far away from him and showed him where it was at, The next thing I seen he got in his truck and took off. It was a run down old truck to. I don't know what would have happen if I hadn't of had my dog with me. Because it was around 11pm when it happen.

We were on our way to Pigeon Forge and needed a break. WE LOVED staying here!!! We wished, that we could had taken it to Pigeon Forge with us!! Very clean, comfortable bed, pillows, no carpet, and a big room right next to the pool!! Staff was wonderful and nice. We wanted to sit in the hot tub and the staff came out to turn up the heat for us and to make sure we were okay with the pool. The pool was huge and we enjoyed it greatly!! I just wish I could had taken this hotel with us!! This is worth the money!! I would stay here again!!!!

Nothing!! Everything was top notch!! Even other guests were wonderful to talk to and enjoy!! Only little complaint was the items for the breakfast. Could had been better with juices and other items.

Perfect location for us passing through, great price, clean room, comfy bed/pillows and nice/friendly front desk staff!

The only thing I could say is that the room we were in was missing the grill on the a/c. But, they are working on remodeling a lot of the rooms so I’m sure it will be replaced.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to find, right off the interstate... McDonald's, gas station, subway and a state park are very close by. I've stayed before and would stay again. It's very affordable and very clean. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our terrier on our way see the Ark Experience. The price was very reasonable. The staff was exceptional. The room was clean. It is an older structure with no frills but a clean safe place to stay at a reasonable price and with places to eat within walking distance.

I got of the redone rooms, very nice. I will stay here every time I travel this route about twice a year. Very friendly.

Doesn't have anything to do with the motel, but no good dinner restaurants at this exit.

Located just 5 minutes from Indian Mtn. State Park, it was a convenient location. The clerk who checked us in was happy, funny, and had great customer service! He told us about nearby places to visit, and made sure everything went smoothly. Rooms were nice and comfy with a big bathtub, which I insist on, and very clean.

Breakfast was minimalist, but still a nice touch.

Being staying here for years in route from Fla to Mi. Rooms have all the amenities, nice bed and the breakfast with the waffle maker is an improvement. Will continue to stay here on future trips.
