Breakfast was good. We loved the mountain view. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. My daughter liked the swings out front. We liked the tables and chairs outside and had a picnic out there.

The darkening curtains in our room were only on one side of the window, so there wasn't as much privacy as we would have liked. Also, the lights in the parking lot are super bright, so they lit up the room when we were trying to sleep. We would have liked darkening curtains on both sides of the window. We couldn't get the WiFi to work either.

This is my 4th or 5th stay at this Hampton Inn in Caryville, Tennessee. I love the friendly staff and how clean the facility is...... "Jacob" greeted me and asked how my trip was.... I love the warm, delicious cookies at 6 pm in the lobby..... I have to say they went over the top, when I walked in my room and the TV had a WELCOME CHARLOTTE on the screen...... Now that's a great Personal Touch!!! I recommend them to my family and friends. I'll certainly be back. Great Job!!!!!

That I couldn't stay longer..... I have no complaints.

The location is excellent. We were traveling from Wisconsin to Charlotte, NC and it's a great stopping point. Breakfast was good. Everything was available. Love the location next to the Cove State Park. There is a nice little BBQ restaurant just inside the park. This is the second time I have stayed here.

There should be fans in the bathroom. The room space is very "efficient".

They charged us more than booking.com said it would be. The room has a few broken things. The front desk check in person was a little bit off in his reception when we got there. It is a great place to stay and we will stay there again.

I stay here alot when visiting family in TN. the cleaning ladies are so kind and never complain the rooms are so clean. staff at desk are nice as well. they accommodate us my dad is elderly usually get a room near exit so he doesn't have walk far .

We were there to check out the area as a potential site for a family vacation. Hotel was centrally located for exploring the areas we were interested in.

Wish we had one of the rooms with a balcony over looking the lake or valley. But we didn’t know to ask for one…

What a wonderful gem. The older ladies that run the place have been there at least a decade and are very sweet and helpful. Lobby coffee & tea 24/7, free breakfast with good choices like the powder based hot eggs and bacon and silver dollar size pancakes machine. Awesome 360 degree mountain views and rooms with balcony view of Cove Lake. The bed and comforter were so smooth cool and cozy my wife didn't want to go back home. East and south there are multiple lakes due to the Norris dam so lots of water view state parks.

Most of Tennessee is a speed trap. Police seem very nice but Google maps kept warning me so I avoided the many many repeating speed traps. The right lane on 71 South is all trucks. The left should be high speed but for the occasional truck passing a truck or  selfish moron turtles. Lovely winding road though and green views all relaxing.

It had the best bathroom we saw on the trip. A pet peeve of mine is having no place to hang things in the bathroom. So many places have few towel bars and hooks...if any. They really put thought into the bathroom layout and amenities. Great renovation! This is also a great location. It's directly across from Cove State Park and has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Breakfast looked great, but the cost of this room didn't match the value. It was overpriced for what it was.

Rooms were close to each other so sound was noisier than most hotels I've stayed with in how it's structured.

The night manger, Jordon, went over and above. When weather forced local food establishments to close or shutdown delivery, he made sandwiches for my wife who is diabetic, that saved the day. Caring people Ike that makes Hampton Inn a great place to stay.
