This property was very well taken care of, and it all of the furniture as well as the linen are exceptionally clean. We never had a single issue at this place, and we did booked us exact same hotel last year in March and it was also very well kept that time as well. We’ve had so many bad experiences in other cities as far as hotels go, but we know that we can always come here when we want to travel to Knoxville because they are exceptional.

The only thing that I will say about the property is the AC felt like it wasn’t pulling out enough heat or air, but we were able to manage.

The breakfast was not really breakfast just cereal and toast and coffee. Was not that great but not too bad for the price. The room was comfy and the bathroom was clean too. The lock on the door was busted but noone bothered us. Overall experience was fair.

It was 9:05 am there was no breakfast or coffee. I ask for coffee and the attendant acted mad and said Breakfast is over and disappeared. Rude

I booked a room online while traveling, however, it was a handicapped room (split into two rooms) Owner let me check out another room that was not deemed handicapped accessible. I chose it because the layout was better/bigger, and I didn't need the handicapped shower for only $7 more. Well worth the change.

Would have like more choices for the continental breakfast.

Great overnight stay on our road trip. All we want is safe, clean, quiet and this Super 8 delivered.

The website showed breakfast pictures with Belgium waffles and more options but the reality is 2 types of cold cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee, milk, orange juice, and mini-muffins. The lobby was very dark.

It is close to several shops, and restaurants.

It wasn’t as clean as I’d like, but it is bug free. Which is definitely a plus.

The manager was super nice and moved us rooms because of my husband disability which was super helpful

Waaay outdated. There was a hole in the wall by the socket in the bathroom. Tv channel guide was not the same as channels what the channels actually were. Black on wall in bathroom mold maybe???

The room was good sized, the bed was comfortable, the roon was clean with a refrigerator that was actually cold. Traveling again I will have this one ready to rebook. Thank you for a most pleasant stay.

It would have been nice to have a bag for dirty clothes. Hotels used to.provide them next to the ironing board.

I loved how close restaurants were and how nice the staff was. Also the vending machines had card readers.

Chair in our room had a massive stain on it. The bathrooms are a little cramped. Poor ventilation.

the beds were comfortable, shower was clean with plenty of hot water. Had a problem with loose toilet seat but the staff promised to fix it. Only stayed until early morning.
