My daughter and I came for a family birthday party. We stayed here because of the great reviews and your hotel lived up to all the reviews with one small exception...

When my daughter got in her bed she pulled the covers back and there was a sticky stain on the corner of her comforter and top cover, we inspected further and it looked like someone had spilled chocolate ice cream or milkshake on the bed frame and housekeeping missed it and it got on the covers..it was icky but everything else was near perfect!

Excellent location , room was extremely clean and excellent amenities.

Maid knocked on our door three times during the morning starting at 8 am , 9 am and again at 10 am . More of an aggravation than anything. I know they are trying to get rooms cleaned but checkout was not until 12 . We were tired from driving and would have liked to sleep in and there was no do not disturb sign to put out .

Its was a great 4 day getaway for me and my boys. Staff was always great to deal with as we enjoyed the holiday weekend.

Nothing as homeless folks are all throughout the USA. Yall do a great job of keeping them elsewhere.

Everything! Very clean, mattresses comfortable, staff is so friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. Best hotel we have ever stayed in. We will be back!

Parking was a bit tight but had a lot to do with people not parking properly.

Everything! We booked 1 night for a stay for our basketball tournament. Not knowing the outcome we did not book further but when we knew we were to play the next day, we immediately booked again. Love it here!

The 70 dollar fee for my beagle. I get it as a fee if the pet does something wrong, but the charge was a little much. Otherwise, great staff and room

Clean and staff was very personable.

The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were scratchy and hot. They seemed very cheap.

The hotel was so clean and modern. Just a perfect location to University of Tennessee. The price is fantastic!

The breakfast is great! Good variety, and all tasty, especially the scrumbled eggs. Staff are very polite, patient, and welcoming

The carpet inside the room doesn't look very clean
