Location was great. Close to fun things to do, shops and lots of restaurants. Hotel right off the expressway, but couldn't hear the traffic noise from the room. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for the two of us and our two dogs. Had a safe, microwave, and mini fridge. Lobby was beautiful, and the front desk staff was friendly and hospitable the whole time. Very dog friendly. Plenty of nicely kept grass for the dogs. They loved that, and enjoyed playing and wrestling in it. As soon as we checked in, our dog, Norbert, loved all the action outside the window. We had a perfect view of the parking lot and expressway, and he couldn't get enough of it. There was a huge firepit on the patio out back. That was a fun surprise. The breakfast buffet was great! So many choices. My favorite was the Paris Hilton pink strawberry Waffles. You get to make them yourself, which was fun, and they sparkled/glittered. I was, honestly, a little too excited about them like a young girl. Lol I mean, there were actually glittering. So neat!! And they tasted good. We will DEFINITELY be back and also recommend this hotel to others. Too bad we only stayed one night. Thank you 😊

Clive was exceptional at check in. Very personable and good sense of humor. We can appreciate that as we travel all over the country and rarely meet an attendant like him. The beds and pillows were fantastic and so comfortable. We stayed in the king suite and it was so roomy. Breakfast looked and smell great although we didn't have time to grab a bite. The breakfast area was super busy so I'd say it's safe to assume the breakfast tasted as good as it smelled.

Abigail was super attentive and kind and very responsive. I love the way you guys check in on your guests before a problem can even arise. Every employee wore a smile and every other guest I saw looked well rested! Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious! There were so many options and the mango water was AMAZING!!

Gentleman at the front desk was super nice. He shared to doggy rules, which is new since last time I was there with the dogs, but did it in a super nice way. I never leave my pups alone so no issue. Sometimes a parent/child delivery can happen with new rules and new employees but that was not my experience. Nice guy. Also found a wallet by the bushes out back and put it by the back door. Called from the room to let them know so I did not drag the pups through the lobby again to be respectful of non-pup loving peeps.

80 degrees, have pups with me in the car and run to grab an early dinner to go at a restaurant down the street and called it in from their parking lot, with either cash or cc if they could bring it out, sitting in their space for car side delivery, and they said they would only take payment inside or on the app. Not helpful with dogs in car and 80 degrees. Nothing you can do about it.

We used this hotel as a pit stop on our move from NC to KY. We checked in around 1 am after a long drive, and the front desk already had our keys ready, and we only spent 2 minutes at the desk which was awesome because we were exhausted! The only thing better was breakfast! We loaded up before the final leg of our trip!

The service was excellent. They were were very helpful, glad to be of help to you and make your stay comfortable! I greatly appreciated how clean every thing was!!!

There needs to be signs when first getting off the interstate as to where the Hotel is.

Good location , close to the interstate. Breakfast was nice and staff was very helpful and accommodating.

They need some lighting at the outdoor area. Outside space was nice, just too dark.

The breakfast was really great and the restrooms were very updated and clean. Rooms were spacious.

The bedrooms, appliances, and hallways were very outdated. The bed felt cheap and was not the most comfortable. Pillows were small and thin. The gym bike and peloton were broken. We were excited to use them but we weren’t able to. It felt a little overpriced for what you get.

Reception people were great! Both on check in and on check out.

Could have used more light in alcove part of room that was for suitcase access. Breakfast- no gluten free bread option. Or dairy free milk.

maybe a little more choice for breakfast and scrambled eggs - rather than the pancake style being served. However, I really have no complaints at all. It would be nice to have a plastic SHOWER cap in the bathroom, rather than the make-up remover pads.
