The breakfast, for the most part, was handled by the staff. The menu items were listed and you chose from those menu items (cheese omelette, sausage links, sausage and biscuits, muffins, bagel etc). While we were in attendance that morning, everything was manageable and the attendant, Elaine, was very helpful and friendly. I don’t know how it would have been if you’d had 20 or so people waiting to order their breakfast items. That said, some people are slobs when it comes to self-serve, so my wife and I appreciated that Elaine was taking care of everything.

The individualized heating unit in our room was loud, so every time it cycled on, you knew it.

We visited for breakfast at 9:45 AM on Saturday, but despite their hours stating they close at 10 AM, the staff seemed to be wrapping up early. A lady was ushering staff into the kitchen, which felt unwelcoming. The breakfast setup was also confusing. For items like eggs, sausages, and biscuits, you have to specify what you want, and the staff serves you, expecting a tip. However, for everything else, you have to serve yourself. Additionally, I found a bug in the room, which was disappointing. While the hotel was generally clean, these issues made the stay less enjoyable. The breakfast experience, in particular, left a lot to be desired.

The breakfast was pretty good except one morning. They didn’t have a hot breakfast set up. They didn’t have enough food I was told so, I had to eat cereal. I thought that was strange but they need to make sure they keep their supplies stocked up especially when you’re told you’re gonna get a hot breakfast.

My first night there they set me up in a room and then at 11:20PM They called and knocked on the door to find out who I am and what am I doing in an empty room. The young man who checked me in that Sunday afternoon evidently put the wrong room number down. I was not happy since they woke me up and I had to get up at 6 AM that next morning.

The breakfast looked very good but we had other plans. The hotel was in a good area with many good restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were on our way home from a 3 month stay in Florida, so only stayed one night. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

I tried calling the front desk several times with no answer, so I finally walked back to it to get the info I needed. A plus was there were many channels on the television but no channel guide. The person on reception gave me a printed guide only when asked. Even if there are no guides in every room, guests should be offered one on check in.

This hotel has big, comfy and clean rooms. Helpful and polite staff. Housekeeping is on demand, at any frequency the client requests (from daily to never during the stay). Nonetheless, specific items can be requested at the front desk at any time (soap, shampoo refills etc) without having to ask for an entire housekeeping cleanup. The bed and pillows were soft and comfy, and most importantly, very clean. Breakfast is very good and the staff is once again very helpful. Leftover coffee remains available past the breakfast timeframe. There is also plentiful parking.

I'd prefer the windows to open wider.

Room was clean, no one picked up dirty towels during the stay. I am 70 years old and I had to walk a long way on the second floor to get to my room. Breakfast was okay but no waffles. I know it is hard to please everyone but most people like waffles.

Location of room, I had a long way to walk. Check in took a very long time because another client had to try several credit cards. The ice machine also was a long way from me. Refrigerator was cool not cold I enjoyed the

The room was comfortable and clean. Nice fridge in the room had plugs for phones. The breakfast was good and well stocked. Lady working there was pleasant and stayed on top of things. Wish I had had cash to tip her but will next time as She deserved it.

The carpet in the halls was a bit worn and dingy looking. But not a deal breaker. The ice maker is on the first floor only. But these are small things and won't deter me from returning, or recommending this place, the extra walking after a long drive helped anyway.

Generally clean and safe location

Front desk staff. Tried to change my room type to a smaller bed due to overbooking, accusatory, told me if I didn't take the "lesser" room I wouldn't have a room for the night. Also made me do pre-check items over (she didnt check to see I did it) then claimed it was only partially done and she was justified in making me do it again ( it was not incomplete or I would not have bèen able to submit it). This after 8 hrs being on the road. We got there in the end and she was pleasant, but not the level of customer service that ANY hotel or even motel should have. They also charged me twice for the room and added a $20 charge that I was never told about. Had to call later to get this fixed.

It was clean and well-maintained for it's age, though it was an older building. They had a few spots of carpet that had worn out in the hallways a bit, but everything was clean and worked properly in the rooms. The staff (including the lovely breakfast crew!) were very friendly and made you feel at home. The location was great, easy to get to and parking was good.

The elevator ran a tad bit slow compared to other hotels, but the stairs were a great option once checked in. They have a fun spiral staircase in the lobby that made it fun.

The location was great, right off North i-75, but safe and quiet. It was spacious, the room was comfortable and nice. bed was comfortable...bathroom was spacious. the breakfast was great, they give you 3 hours, which we thought was generous. there was also a good supply of cold foods and warm, lots of options. overall, we thought it was a great hotel and very affordable.

the air-conditioner was a tad noisy and smelled musty. maybe needed to be cleaned or updated? it wasn't a deal breaker though.
