I love the price, location and room size and comfort. We decided to extend our stay the front desk was very in making sure we were able to keep our same room while providing housekeeping.

The restaurant staff was not attentive and on the cell phone. The restaurant did not have to go containers. The restaurant staff failed to refill the coffee container at the start of breakfast. The front desk charged my credit card for breakfast which was included from my booking.com reservation.

The hotel looked to be recently renovated and was in excellent condition and very clean. I was very impressed with the room and bathroom. I will most certainly keep this hotel on a "must stay" the next time I am in town! There was an actual balcony attached to the suite that you could sit out on and relax - although being close to the interstate make it noisy outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well!!

Only thing was noise of traffic if outside - but can't help that with the interstate being so close.

The staff and premises were great. Location was convenient and pricing wasn't bad at all, ask for senior or veteran discount

Directions were sketchy, it was confusing finding the check in as there are so many hotels in that area. Breakfast was a bit pricey, we won't do that again but we will stay again.

I was charged twice. Booked the room through Booking.Com. Upon arriving, the receptionist didn't realize the reservation was already paid for and charged my credit card again. The General Manager assured the situation would be resolved. Also, the restaurant charged my wife's credit card 5 times for a meal her and I had. Again, the General Manager took care of the situations and even comped our breakfast this morning even after removing all the charges posted to my wife's credit card. The General Manager and entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Hotel was clean and hidden off the main street. The front desk was great with an easy check in. The rooms were nice with refrigerators and microwaves. Bathroom was big with nice water pressure and plenty of towels.

I did not like the breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel. It was an added expense.

The location was clean, quite and very modern. The room was excellent. The only downside was the free wifi speed was slow and required waiting for some things to load to complete work.

The evening front desk person was very friendly. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable.

The coffee in the room was very good but I don’t understand not having coffee available for guests in the lobby. I don’t want to buy a Starbucks. There was no free breakfast, was not a deal breaker but since there was no breakfast, offering coffee would have been a nice compromise.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Great shower head.

Nothing really. I let the desk clerk know the light/outlet wasn’t working next to the bed. He apologized and made a note of it.

I enjoyed the look and the kind staff

I didnt like the parking lot. If you were out past 9-10pm the parking lot was full and you couldn’t find a place to park

The front desk rep named Holly was so inviting. She had an exceptional attitude and made me feel welcomed especially after 12 hours on the road. Will definitwly stay there again.
