Pleasant place nice and quiet we stayed for 3 weeks with out any issues. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. I would recommend it to others. Also rooms had a microwave and mini fridge. One other thing these are inside rooms and which I found the night clerk roaming the grounds checking that doors were locked so no rift raft came in gave me a good feeling.

The room was what I expected, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just so so. It was typical of a hotel breakfast. The staff that welcomed us was exceptional. Alexis, who was at the front desk, helped us a lot. One of the people in our party that was in a different vehicle, got lost and was in downtown Knoxville, Alexis got on her cell phone and helped us direct him to the hotel next to yours. She went above and beyond what was expected and she should be commended for it. I thanked her numerous times and I also mentioned it when I checked out.

Cannot think of anything...well, maybe the price. I thought it was a bit pricy for the hotel but it was expected.

The side exit door guest sitting outside smoking drugs and drinking, playing music up to late night, and no one said anything, also others ,along with me walking around them from being on sidewalk (Entrance of hotel ) to get in.

It was clean and priced right nothing fancy. Room was small but I wasn't there for very long, it served it's purpose.

Not much for the morning breakfast. Some dry cereal and a few pastries coffee and juice,that's about it.

Location was very good. Breakfast was good. We have noticed with our current economy the option for breakfast has been cut back. No bacon and eggs but we understand why.

Nothing, the room was good for the price.

A minor inconvenience was their was no microwave in the room. There was one in the lobby.

Need more cleaning and the people next to me too loud until 1:30 am, screaming , running, too much noise and shut the door so hard
